Get those teachers and Park District workers who are laid off but getting paid handle some of this community cuddly work. In fact it’s closer to their job descriptions than it is to what the police are hired to do. The Mayor should mobilize all government workers on this pretend layoff but really raking in the paychecks. Why is everything dumped on the police?
I need a spring clean up at my house. My regular lawn service keeps saying manana. I have a lawn mower and some rakes. Oh and see if they can bring some of those CAPS bags with the city seal on them. They look so sharp. So could you send over a couple of rapids for some of that community servicing and perhaps a wagon to haul the clippings.
Since Ringling Brothers Circus went out of business they have a lot of CLOWN costumes in storage. Maybe Brownie could outfit this new CLOWN detail from their stock.

I talked to three new ppo's and they have a scary mindset. Don't judge them or disagree with them. Just let them talk. That's what I do as a fto. Scary talk like: "white privilege" , "the second amendment is not an absolute right", "health care is a human right", etc.

I stole the C.L.O.W.N. thing from a Special Forces team I was in the war with. The team called themselves Clandestine Liberators Of Wartorn Nations. Their team emblem was a pack of clowns in full SWAT gear about to kick in a door. Big shoes and everything. Sadly, the man that came up with it, Johnny Ridolfo passed last year. As you can imagine, the man was fun to serve with and is sorely missed.

Only ABC 7 News could turn a goofy statement like that from the new CPD Superintendent and call it a "Bold Vision for Chicago". It's examples like this by Ch 7 that add to their well deserved reputation as "Fake News". Ch 7 is the best comedy half hour at the 6 and 10 PM time slots. It beats the other fake news comedy outlets by the at least the length of one clown car. Honk Honk1

Now that is a fantastic idea but do you really think the mayor is going to actually do anything? She along with the rest of the Democratic politicians are paid millions and millions of dollars from the teachers union which is money that has back doored to them as they raise our property taxes. The teachers union does whatever they want but this is a great idea the teachers could be out in the community doing something this way they can watch their students and see how well they are doing maybe they could even go to their homes and check on those poor kids why not mayor another thing you Are totally afraid of such a bad example of a elected official you will go down in history as the worst mayor and the city of Chicago ever had! Also the most racist the city has ever had, enforcing laws and churches lies that you make up in areas they don’t contain your people very very hypocritical and racist.

If they don’t end up as house mouses in 2 years and have to still work the street, those attitudes will change. There’s nothing wrong with having compassion on this job or life in general. I think it keeps you from being horrible. I’m not the most conservative person by any stretch of the imagination, but once you witness how screwed up the system is, you no longer buy into it all. You realize all this liberal ideology is enabling & crippling & a sham. Guaranteed.
I know someone who was in line for that citizens oversight board before the pandemic hit. I’m sure there will be a reshuffling of some of these officers. That person has literally 3 years on the job. What the Hell does anyone with so little experience in policing actually have to offer to something like this? They want inexperienced officers who they can feed this drivel to. I’m glad I’ll be long gone by the time this department is totally screwed.
