I have heard that so the construction workers awaiting them the next morning for their job in the middle of nowhere don't have them stolen, these citizens are actually temporarily moving them and letting police who encounter these citizens in the process of relocating, their intentions by word of mouth, with the awareness of body cams, the jeopardy involved, the understanding that radios have been stolen and that its only a matter of time before they figure batteries out. The fact that if the top knows, the idiots probably know. I guess the citizens are local and are non threatening and understand. Of course the citizens don't want to steal anything so will, as a group, return those bricks to the exact location where they came from later. With all the looting and theft, I guess they just don't want those stolen too or anyone to get hurt by them, with all the mahem. Handle accordingly I suppose. OT: Saturday wasn’t too bad until the mass shooting at Damen & Monroe. No media coverage of the black disfunction and chaos. That chaos spread to the front of Stroger Hospital when 50-100 New Breeds took over Ogden Ave and blocked ambulances from entering the ER parking lot. 012, 010 and 011 did the best they could under the city’s new policing. The only reason the uncooperative and unruly crowd dispersed was because the sun was coming up. The CPD cannot even protect a city hospital at this point. The city is sinking fast!

I’ve seen more ER doctors & nurses talk racist & foul shit in the ER’s than any police officer.
