- In the latest back and forth between two fierce political rivals, Mayor Lori Lightfoot expressed outrage Thursday over a tweet by the Chicago Teachers Union that she called “clearly racist” and an example of a “right-wing” tactic.
There’s no love lost between the mayor and the ultra-progressive CTU, which gave Lightfoot her first major political test with an 11-day teachers strike last fall, just months after her election.
After months of accusations by the CTU that Lightfoot’s school policies are racist, the tables turned as the mayor accused the union of tweeting an offensive meme.
The CTU tweet, posted Wednesday evening, is a play on the ending of many episodes of the mystery cartoon “Scooby-Doo,” when the characters on the show capture and unmask the villain. In this case, the meme reveals the villain is Lightfoot in a Chicago police officer’s uniform. She is tied up with a rope around her torso and surrounded by the show’s characters, who are all white.
It's a poorly executed meme at best. We have all sorts of doubts that Groot could even pass the psych test and/or the physical requirements to be an actual officer. Plus the amount of hate she harbors for white males would preclude her from wearing the mask of the oppressors. Furthermore, we believe that Spielman and Issa are 100% wrong to assume Scooby-Doo's race. In these trans-racial times, he (she/xe) has brown fur, which would make him (her/xyr) externally Hispanic despite bearing the name of a Nordic tribe and of Germanic origin.
As for the CTU being "crime fighters" and discovering the nefarious plans of a disguised Groot, the CTU leadership is full of commie morons and the teachers are useful idiots since they keep electing the same assholes to "represent" them. They couldn't discover who ate all the snacks in the Mystery Machine.

By the by, I'm a teacher -- but not from any major city (or even small one); I personally wish we were still allowed to fail, suspend, and paddle kids, but since we can't...the security officer is nice to have around.
PS. While I'm relatively certain that some city cops could likely find jobs in small towns (and would suggest the same: sometimes you have to roll the hard six and just leave a bad situation), I would really appreciate it if the city would stop sending their problems our direction. Since they don't want you and love their problems, perhaps we could all work out a mutually agreed upon deal.

Dealt with a white teacher and her husband in the Edgebrook area. Their kid got involved in a CDTP which the YOUTH OFFICE at the time allowed kid to be charged with a class 4 felony. Without going into details about the kids arrest, me and my partner took a stroll to 016.
At first the parents refused my request to speak with them but relented. I told the parents was over charged and to have their attorney contact me before court date. During this interview with parents, my partner told the parents to fuck off. At the home the parents said that their attorney told them NOT to speak to the police. The mother/teacher/commie told me her old son was a PPO at the academy. Being a nice city wide detective, I told her PPO son has no bearing on his brother simple ass crime he commited.
I always blew off Juvenile court on the few times I received a subpoena. I did appear seeing I would speak to ASA to have the case totally dropped. I was late as usual to this pit of a court and seen the kid, co-defendant, and mouthpiece lawyers leaving. Found out they pled these two 12 year olds to Felony probation.
Tried to do a favor for justice and wasted my time. So the kid will never be a copper as the father told me at the home. My limited interaction with CPS principals, before and after this incident were all cluster fucks.
So all you copper' married to communist party members of the CTU, move to the old Soviet Union and take your fuckin kids with you. I remain confused on how CPS had a 2020 Graduating Class.With the 3 Month Strike and the 3 Month Scamdemic factored in,the Seniors attended class for about a month and a half.The teachers were paid in full with benefits for actually working a Month and a Half for the entire year while contributing a whopping 2% into their pension funds.Then they drove around neighborhoods honking horns as they stalked students and published a demeaning cartoon depicting the Mayor.You can't make this stuff up.
