The CDC updated its guidelines on its website. Though the two-week recommendation was changed, the federal agency did caution travelers that they can still contract the novel coronavirus while traveling.
But it seems participating in riots and looting renders you immune to all transmissions.

The 14 day quarantine made sense back in December/January for all arrivals from Europe/China for both foreigners and US citizens alike imo. But once the horse is out of the barn 14 days doesn't matter anymore. It's endemic in the US now.
Joe Biden said if he is elected President he will mandate everyone wearing a mask. I don’t think he considered protesters and looters because he never addressed the looting and protesting at the convention. He is unaware of what’s going on in the country because he spends too much time in his basement getting interviewed by the likes of people like “Cardi B”.
