Minnesota Video

No wonder the American media was keeping this under wraps, even though they had it months ago. It fell on the British press to release the Floyd arrest body cam tapes, and, well, go see for yourself:
  • Late on Monday, The Daily Mail posted full body cam videos from two of the officers charged in connection with the death of George Floyd. These videos have been kept out of the public domain by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, and now we know why.

The videos are from the body cams worn by Officer Thomas Lane and Officer Alex Kueng. The two videos run a combined 18 minutes long.
The tapes completely destroy the leftist narrative, the #blm fiction, and scumbag Ellison's case for murder against the cops involved. It also makes the riots and "peaceful" protests completely illegitimate.

The only damning thing seen on the tapes is the slow response to what turned out to be a medical emergency = and that's not murder. Not even close.

I was given Fentanyl in an ambulance about a month ago. I was in a ton of pain, fractures. I heard the Paramedic say "Fentanyl", it scared me a little but I wasn't going to argue with the man. Seconds later, pure bliss. Totally relaxed, no pain, just relaxed. I completely trusted the ambulance crew and the staff at the hospital, it made being hurt bearable. I had no fear, I knew everything was going to be OK. I was making the Docs and nurses laugh.
I have to think that George Floyd must have got a bad batch. His "journey" was much different than mine. He didn't seem relaxed or reasonable at all.

I was not taught the knee on the neck restraint technique in 1981. I do not recall ever seeing it used by CPD in 1980s/ 1990s. Is this technique currently taught by CPD? By ISP? By any Police/ LE Agency in US? The one image I cannot get out of my mind is Chauvin ( Minneapolis PD) has his knee on Floyd’s neck as Floyd is on the pavement AND AND Chauvin’s left hand is in his trouser pocket? In a fight or restraint situation, you NEVER put your hands in your pockets! Could someone explain this inexplicable image? Other than this one question, if the knee on the neck restraint technique is taught by Minneapolis PD, I have no problem with this. In similar situations, I have put a knee on a man’s back ( between shoulder blades), I have put my heel into the back of a man’s knee, I have put all my weight on a man’s ankle, but I never put weight on a prone man’s neck

The mainstream media has been trying to keep this one under wraps.....Sen. Ted Cruz called out the Democrats supporting rioters attacking police officers on Capitol Hill yesterday, forcing them to watch footage of “peaceful demonstrations” and he introduced new legislation calling for a law in which if your property, business or homes are destroyed due to negligence on behalf of the city or municipality you live in then they can be sued in federal court using federal charges. Police protection is a civil right as any citizen of the U.S....enough is enough. He did this so he can say there is no more denying from the Democrats that they haven’t seen any riots. This has become beyond ridiculous. Do yourselves a favor open your eyes and watch the link below:

You were likely only on the one drug.

But Good Old Sainted George Floyd had other drugs in his system too.

I think? George had Meth in his system, and that would make him paranoid, also depending on how long hecwas up, very paranoid and delusional.

This is standard practice by the Minnesota BCA. They like to keep their investigations top secret.
They didn't release much information for months and months after Officer Mohammad Noor shot an unarmed pajama clad Justine Damond.

I understand not wanting to taint witness statements, or having people that were not there lie and claim to be a witness using the information from the body cams to spin a good tale. But waiting for months? Early disclosure would hopefully defuse the riots, and give the feckless politicians real problems to try to solve.

CPS and all the other greedy public schools should be defunded and rebuilt from the ground up. The silent majority let this happen to the schools little by little. The teachers now teach their opinions not the required coursework. And they start this crap in elementary school too. They are like the dem mayors, always wanting more money and wasting it as fast as they get it. They are no longer quiet about their agenda and allegiance to the progressive socialist types. And look at what is coming out of public high school and in the state colleges these days. Look at some of the newer adolescent-adults masquerading as teaching professionals. CPS for all it's scandals and poor performance are still running over the top of Liquid Larry. The Groot puts on the tough talk hat but really he is as shaky as Barney Fife and scared to confront the CPS mob.

The teachers unions should be the ones abolished, just look what is running them. The Arizona Educators United is urging members to write fake obits to protest reopening the schools. They have a number of things planned to protest going back to work. I'm sure they still expect full pay. When the schools finally do open, whenever they sound the all clear, if ever, those that can will get smart and home school their kids. There will be less students coming back you can bet on that. But you can bet like any greedy organization the percentage of school tax will not go down and there will no staffing cuts. Now all these studies and their mixed and contradictory facts. One study now claims kids are spreaders of the China Virus while other studies said kids infrequently transmit the virus. Nervous parents, kids crying saying they want to go back to schools, teachers wanting full pay while they do next to nothing in their online classes. What a mess and we leave it to these agenda driven educators to make the decisions. I hate these people as much as I despise lawyers.

"God made the Idiot for practice, and then He made the School Board" ~ Mark Twain

Well the new video released won't change any minds, BLM and Antifa crowd don't care about facts and video when it goes against their narrative. I read several protesters are suing the City of Seattle for having to buy high dollar gear used to confront cops, arguing that “unmitigated police violence” made them need extra protection. Ya all of it was the coppers fault. Great leadership in Seattle. Used to be a nice place a long time ago. Amerika has lost it's mind.

To Anonymous at 8/05/2020 01:24:00 AM: This technique was developed and is in regular use in Israel. And keep in mind that many American police depts. have received Israeli training in "urban" policing techniques. Sometimes this training takes place in Israel but usually the Israeli trainers come to the U.S. This is little-known by most Americans. Minneapolis is one of the many depts. that has received this Israeli training.

Written audio transcripts were made available too.
Floyd resisted being taken and getting into the police transport, refused to get in and said he didn’t want to get into the police vehicle because he was claustrophobic, to let him lay on the ground. Note, even though he initially resisted getting out of his own vehicle during the investigation.

Sure the optic of police restraining an active, under the influence resistor seems extreme, but then why is this sort of extreme action such as a knee upon a neck/body, or strikes and holds only permitted in revenue generating contact sporting events? Is football or hockey jostling, using a helmet or hockey stick during the ensuing personal battles not as extreme?

Bunch of bullshit and becoming more obvious as a pre-planned DEMOCRAT event catalyst for a nonstop rioting, looting and destruction to compliment the Covid economic disaster.

Forget using necessary force to overcome resistance to affect an arrest. It’s an expensive endeavor just to try and get your job, house and health back.

How Chauvin handled Floyd was wrong but it certainly wasn't 2nd degree murder.

Hopefully CPD and CFD have a plan in place for the riots that start the same day the jury convicts Chauvin of excessive use of force (even though he acted within MPD policy) and a uniform violation and allegedly dropping an F-Bomb on duty and anything else Minnesota can pull out of their ass.

There will be riots, looting, arson and probably murder and Groot will fuck it up like she does everything else.

I fear for Chicago and CPD LEOs. Please stay safe and remember, Groot hates you. You don't owe her anything. You owe it to your loved ones to come home in one piece.

Yea , don't pin him down, of course you never think about such criminals affecting your life, but the cops doing their job was wrong. FO

What's easy not to notice is that this is nothing new - the education/media complex has been creating these instant myths for decades. Many of them we were taught in grade school. But there's the equivalent of "body cam footage" for every one of them. Though continuously suppressed and ignored, the truth behind them is there if you do a little digging.

The big Socialist Democrat Lie continues aided, abetted and fully supported by the bias, activist and lying media. There is no respect for media whores who spread their STD like bias. Save your money bitches no one believes in your bullshit. You're gonna be pandering on the street cleaning car windshields on the west side.

From the pic on the linked site, it doesn't look like the knee is being applied very hard - it's just touching. It's almost done as an anticipatory protective position - just a stable way to keep a dangerous and volatile suspect in check and to shield against a sudden intense movement, which might even include spitting Covid-19. But they don't like the symbolism - that's it. Symbolism is a complex and corruptible thing - if the races were reversed here, no one would care. Either that, or the symbolism is just an excuse for them, since substance backing up their narrative (judging by the facts that ultimately come out in every single case) is apparently non-existent.

Ummmmm, you may want to re watch the video. His hand was never in his pocket. I’m on the job with over 30 years right now and I suspect you were either a dog ass do noting who never worked the street or you were never on the job.

I get it he didn't have his hands in his pockets. But, lets be real, Chauvrin should have gotten off of the guys neck much sooner then 8 minutes. The guy was cuffed and was not a threat to flee as long as he was on the ground. I have been the police for 24 years and I had to do exactly what Chauvrin did to gain control and get the offender in handcuffs, many times in my career, but then I got off the guys neck. There was no reason to kneel on the guys neck for so long. But, on the other hand Floyd is not the martyr these leftist fools made him out to be just to destroy democratic run cities. Floyd did not die because Chauvrin was on his kneck, Floyd died from heart trouble caused from doing drugs. He was going to die when he did with or without a cop on his neck that night. Cops just need to be a little more aware of what is going on, Chauvrin should have gotten off the guys neck right after he was on the ground forced up against the car, Floyd wasn't going to get away. Simply put cops get dragged through the shit because of bad optics. Chauvrin should have used common sense, and this bs could have been prevented. In the end the far left will win again because of bad optics. Chauvrin should not have been charged because he didn't cause Floyds death, but he was charged because he didn't use common sense.

The Mn. Officers showed a tremendous amount of restraint dealing with this POS. Anybody says different never worked the streets, especially the ghetto. Video proves the Officers did their job accordingly. Boy, if this POS just complied, he would still be out there breaking the law again !! No sympathy at all !

Two points, came on the job in late 1960's. After the convention some new restraints\control techniques were taught in the "Body Shop" at O'Brien Street. One was kneeling on the side of the offender's head. Pinning the head to the ground the offender would not add pain by struggling. Cuffs on and off to a waiting cell. Even a light weight officer could control a combatant by kneeling on the side of his head. Never had a problem or injury to the bad guy.

After retirement, I lived in Minnesota for 10 years. Two types of political parties, the far left like Minneapolis, the arrogant city (they call themselves Mini-Apple-just smaller than N.Y.) Then there is the Independent Republicans who are mostly suburban/farmers of mostly European decent. Then there are the Norwegians and Swedes who are very liberal. That is a major problem for these 4 officers.

That girlfriend-beater Muslim has hired 3 attorneys as special prosecutors because he has never tried a big case nor have any of his regular attorneys. So, I'm sure the trial(s) will be out of the City of Minneapolis but still in the 7 county metro area. A toss up at best, depending on the judge assigned. I'm sure there will be some trickery involved. In a normal world, the science and video would be enough to toss the case, but now????? Just My Humble Opinion. Good luck to them.

Nothing about this video makes me think other than what it was. A messed up situation that the Officer created and the others didn't take action. End of story.
———————————————————————————————————-

No, the end of story is that you are clueless.
This has to be a joke. The OFFICER created this situation?!?!

The situation was initially created when Floyd attempted to pass off bogus money (a crime) and the victim called 911 for help.
The situation was also created by Floyd’s lack of ability to follow simple direction.
The situation was also created by Floyd’s extremely high levels of illegal drug ingestion. Fun fact- a symptom of Fentanyl overdose is extreme shortness of breath/stopped breathing. Sound familiar?

So in short, yes- this was a messed up situation which could have all been avoided had Floyd
- not broken the law
- not done a fatal amount of drugs, and
- just complied with his lawful arrest and had his day in court.

Oh, and to the crybaby housecat officer questioning the use of a neck restraint, here is a link which delineates the MPDs policy on neck restraints in place on the date of the incident. It includes their policy word for word.

https://sites.law.duke.edu/csj-blog/2020/05/31/use-of-force-policy-in-minneapolis/

Have a good read, and then go get your shine box.

George Floyd killed himself, with illegal drugs, robbed people and pointed a gun at a pregnant woman. I don't feel sorry for him.

How does Daily Mail of the UK obtain US Police Footage?

ST. Floyd has 4X the amount of Fentynal in his body to kill him. Thats 4 times over.

Put me on the jury for that Jagoff. I'd rather have a riot.

if this case gets assigned to a judge known to follow the law and not known to be swayed by public opinion, they should go for a bench trial.

Which means that you have to find a normal person in Minnesota. Good luck with that.

Fentanyl is a respiratory suppressor in itself. Some of its analogues are particularly so. Floyd had multiple fentalogues in his system… I believe there were also some variety of benzodiazapines as well. These combined are more than lethal at surprisingly low doses for a normal adult male. That doesn’t even start to consider all the meth, and metabolites of it, coursing thru his veins. Metabolites will have an effect in this mix, in terms of toxicity.

IMHO dude was a goner, they just showed up too early. And all hell has broken loose over another opioid overdose not much different than hundreds of others that week but for a video that looks bad to the unknowing

Expand your mind and suspend your credulity...

Bet you a Fat Man at a Friday fish fry that the footage
wasn't so much "obtained" as perhaps adroitly "released?"

Some Brit media outlets have been WAAAYYY out in front
of leftist spin U.S. media on a lot of stuff.

Controversial content deliberately blacked-out
by U.S. media has been playing ass-all-out and full
frontal/tits all aswing with no fig leaf by the Brits...

He keistered Fentanyl, and everything else imaginable. Reminds me of why I'm not a proctologist. And when the cops get off, then once again the dregs will riot. This time call up the military, declare martial law and have all those assholes working salt mines for the next 20 years. They don't deserve mercy, and my tax dollars should not be spent on keeping those turds in state prison, or tying up the courts. After 6 months of Covid BS, and Floyd frack, it's time to get medieval.

That or actually enforce the laws, and try any politician that attempts to subvert them on treason charges. The Dem's precious China should be our enforcement model.

"How does Daily Mail of the UK obtain US Police Footage?" Daily Mail is editorially stinking-leftist, but their US news reporting is quite often much more detailed than that of US news outlets.
