Shots Fired - 006
- One person is in custody after being involved in a shootout with police early Friday morning.
Officers saw a man running out of a business with a gun just before 2:30 a.m. near 83rd Street in the Chatham neighborhood.
The offender fired shots at an approaching squad car and the police officer returned fire.
Police said the offender was placed into custody and the handgun was recovered. No injuries were reported.
Some emboldened mo-fo's out there lately.

Chatham, Avalon Park and Park Manor were quite safe and livable in the recent past. Not so much anymore. The Ject or Jet peoples ruined once nice middle class areas. Shortshanks prolly thought all them Jets would move to section 8 suburbs. Well, they got destroyed as well.
And because the police risked their lives taking this offender, who initially tried to KILL THEM, into custody without shooting him... it's a Non Media Issue.

Half dozen kids under 13 yrs old dead and Felony gun cases are routinely passed over and violent assailants let go.
Apparently Crooked County KmmFxxxUp hasn’t done anything in the gun case department in quite awhile, even sliding further downhill into nonchalance ever since they eliminated the dedicated Gun Court years ago.
