Corrupt COPA!

Remember, this is who Groot wants investigating police:

  • Chicago’s civilian police investigative agency was reviewing a “personnel matter” of an employee who was arrested Tuesday, but later released without charges, on accusations he was involved in the looting of a downtown department store over the summer, officials said.

The employee of the Civilian Office of Police Accountability was arrested shortly before 8 a.m. near 29th Street and Michigan Avenue by members for the Chicago police fugitive apprehension section, police said. Sources familiar with the situation said the person arrested is not an investigator for COPA.

"not an investigator"? So an administrator then?
UPDATE: A paralegal. Someone at least passingly familiar with the law and who assists lawyers in many cases, writing briefs, conducting research, doing filings. A pretty big deal.

--off topic—

More than half of the current department wasn’t on the job when the SOS scandal broke years ago but it seems to be finally coming to a close.
The 2 remaining players seem to have their day after being stripped for over a decade.
Looks like CS has continued his lucky hand and has been quietly reinstated full-duty and TS just went into thirty pending.

That whole mess came in like a lion, gave us all a black eye, and now quietly fades away under the radar.

Well well well ugh well. Sounds like a COPA employee decided they want to pursue their criminal enterprises and work like a criminal than be a "outstanding" citizen. No surprise to me with the typical hoodtrash this city hires. You can move away from the hood, but you still have the hood trash mentality. lol

Came across this site about the CCP connection to Chicago. Most of you probably didn't know that are politicians are so involved in the Chinese Consulate here in Chicago. Look at some of their press releases and you can see how they hate Trump and call the people that do "McCarthyism"

Take a look for yourselves. If you haven't seen the commercial produced by Georgia Governor Kemp for the Chinese or the California House of Representative, who resides on the Defense Committee, caught sleeping with a Chinese spy and installing an intern into his office, or Diane Feinstein having a chinese driver and CCP member for 20 years, and the list goes on and on.

Our politicians have been compromised and they are more than willing to sell you out for their short term financial and political gains. Don't be fooled about this election, this is China's doing along with the globalists. Trump was their last and most formidable obstacle to their 100 year plan, they currently are on year 76 (CCP was formed in 1947).

Know the truth and click the link below. Stay safe officers during this Christmas Season.

Looking this up real quick a Chicago based Paralegal makes 54-69K a year on average. That's not chump change or some "disadvantaged youths" as the liberals want to spin it. It's also certainly a person who should be educated well enough in the principles of wrong and right to take their medicine and deal with the repercussions of their actions. Sure as hell not someone I want my sensitive data to ever be around.

Maybe deciding what does and doesn’t go into a file &/or report. Something that could potentially clear an officer.
And the city doesn’t see the problem with it. It was bad enough that the fugitive task force was looking for her....ijs

It absolutely can be released. They chose not to publish it to protect the criminal, probably due to race/political reasons. They may also be afraid of a lawsuit. That doesn't mean it can't be released. This was probably an arrest based on the extremely large collection of photos of looters that was compiled from surveillance videos. That means they had pictures of this criminal in the act of looting. They wouldn't make the arrest if they didn't have pictures or video, or some proceeds from the crime. This was an RWOC for political reasons.

Sounds like the looting teams somehow get this guy on camera looting from a store, he is positively identified by a store security guard. The Great Lakes task force was sent to pick him up, he was taken into custody and brought in. We’re charges denied? Nope. The states attorneys were never even called. A lot of people went through a lot of trouble because mayor shitfoot wanted these “looting task forces”. A looter is identified and arrested for burglary and looting after being caught on video and positively identified and that doesn’t even warrant a call to felony review? Thank you to the brass of CPD for always having the backs of our enemies. Always a nice reminder to know who’s side your on.
