It's so refreshing to see that the media hasn't changed a single iota in the thirty months we were out of action:
- Chicago police are investigating a rash of robberies overnight in
Lincoln Park where eight people were robbed in under 15 minutes.
CBS 2 [...] was looking into the police reports that show these might be connected.
It was a busy Fourth of July at Oz Park, but overnight the block was the scene of the first of four robberies. Each time, the suspects used a similar getaway car and method.
And another media outlet:
- Eight women were robbed in
Lincoln Park in four separate incidents over a period of less than 15
minutes in the earlier hours of Tuesday morning, Chicago police said.
Police have not said if the robberies are connected.
The first robbery occurred in the 2000-block of North Howe Street at about 12:07 a.m. A 27-year-old man and 26-year-old woman told police two male suspects got out of a white SUV and demanded their belongings.
We did an unscientific survey of SUV's yesterday and we will say that 65% were occupied by two males, mostly headed to softball games. And we're assuming that both occupants actually identified as males - which is a very unscientific assumption, but hey, we're of a certain age. Sue us.
And ladies, watch out for two apparent guys in an SUV, NFI.

Male usuals wearing skinny jeans with some raggedy ann hair and a big black gun driving a stolen kia/hyundai. Graduates of kimmy's criminal justice reform and restorative justice after school program.
It's always black males doing these robberies of white liberals. If the races were reversed they would be called hate crimes by the media.
The dishonest media won't report the truth because it would confirm certain stereotypes and biases.
And when you either axe or point this out on other platforms, you get banned. Facts are facts, just put them out.

My standard is that when I see some folks getting out of an SUV/car near me and they're all wearing hoodies in 90-degree weather, I start my draw just then.
Send Cesario and Mulinex to swarm the area with their trusty calculators. They can fudge... I mean fix those stats in no time with their trusty CALCULATORS.
I'll bet they were expecting those good old southern boys to wreak havoc this weekend while they were here to watch nascar, cause you know they would have described them as white supremacist driving around in lifted pickup trucks flying confederate flags and then it would have been national news. That didn't happen so the usual suspects were more than likely responsible and nothing to see here.

A few minutes later, around 5:40 a.m., a nearly identical robbery occurred in the 3200 block of West Montrose.
CPD units spotted the robbers’ SUV—a black Jeep Cherokee bearing a stolen Texas license plate—as it entered the inbound Kennedy at Lawrence around 6 a.m. But the officers did not go after the vehicle, according to police radio transmissions.
Most of the victims described the suspects as Black men in their late teens or early 20s wearing masks. One victim said one of the masks was bright yellow.
