Shooting at Bambulances
The a$$holes continue to proliferate across the city:
A man who fired a gun at an ambulance carrying a 79-year-old patient in Logan Square on Wednesday night has been arrested, police said.
The man, 39, was in a white Acura in the 2600 block of North Hamlin Avenue about 9:30 p.m. when he began honking his horn and screaming at the Chicago Fire Department ambulance to get out of his way, according to police.
As paramedics were working on the patient inside the ambulance, they heard someone banging on the outside, trying to open the doors. Then they heard something that sounded like fireworks as the man fired several shots into the back doors of the ambulance, according to a police report.
And guess what else? Go on, you suspect it already!
- The River Grove man, who does not have a valid firearm owner
identification card or concealed carry license, was on parole for an
aggravated battery with a firearm conviction, according to Illinois
Department of Corrections records.

There have always been these natural to human nature gepgraphical clusterings, with the also natural to human nature aversion to outsiders intruding upon a given groupings' territory.
Thus, 'no-go zones' are factual for everyone, even tho governments' law enforcement employees have the authority of governments to enforce said laws upon every territory as defined by law.
Were maps to be drawn, and kept current, for each self defined grouping of flocking with same feathers' humans,
(likely color coded as is done by the lovely heyjackass crew), the clarity of these things would be seen by even those with their heads jammed up their own butts. (Yes, this last one is shameless baiting of the KeesingBandit.....)
The spreading out into other communities by the criminals is only possible because law enforcement is still a force to be reckoned with.
Minus that, each flock, neighborhood, community, etc., would do as each is willing to do to protect themselves.
And without the restraints of being incredibly courtious about it.
The well known truth is that the criminals are, effectively, often kept from becoming the dead by the still to be reckoned with force enforcing laws.
When the Golden Rules are disregarded, the only remaining rule is the combination of the Law of the Jungle and Murphy's Law.......

Interest your are wrong (unless you are connected). Ralph Licari was representing an officer and dropped the case. The officer was IOD in a brawl from which surgery was perfored on the strong hand, needless to say unable to ever fire a weapon. Licari's solution was that the officer had to learn to shoot with the non-dominant hand. How crazy is that. So if you go IOD and have the misfortune of a life altering injury, please hire outside counsel for representation. The FOP has to pay! Now, if you win or lose your case the FOP will not pay for further attorney fees which I think is nonsense especially after 10 years on the job.

OT.....always double search. On July 20th 2023, at about 3:46 PM, Officers of the Pleasant Prairie Police Department arrested an adult male for weapons related offenses. The arrestee was being transported to the Kenosha County Jail for criminal charges by two Pleasant Prairie Police Officers. While driving the squad on Sheridan Road near the entrance of the Kenosha County Jail, officers heard a gun shot from the backseat prisoner portion of the squad.
Preliminary information indicates the arrestee suffered a self-inflicted gun shot wound from a concealed weapon not located in the initial search by officers. Life saving measures were attempted, however the arrestee was pronounced deceased at the scene.
As required by Wisconsin State Statute 175.47, this incident will be investigated by an outside law enforcement agency. The Racine County Sheriff’s Office will conduct this investigation with the full cooperation of our Department as we are committed to full transparency.
Our thoughts are with all law enforcement personnel involved with this incident and the decedent’s family during this tragic time.
We wish to thank the public for their continued support, and we ask for your patience and understanding while this matter is under investigation.
