Are You Kidding Us?

This is....we're speechless.

We've noted that the ongoing court sage of the Officer who was run over by his own squad car when a naked psycho stole it, before crashing during a pursuit. Crimesha's office has been ridiculously incompetent, acquiescing to each and every defense motion, sending requests for mental health evaluations to the wrong hospital, and pretty much attempting to frustrate the victim until he misses a date and the case gets tossed.

We even pointed out that the counsel for the defense worked with the judge for a number of years, a conflict that would have gotten any other case re-assigned.

Now, we got this:

So the defendant, whose lawyer worked WITH the judge, is FOLLOWING the judge on social media. What the actual FUCK? And Crimesha's incompetent prosecutors aren't making a giant stink about this why again? Because they're in on the fix.

UPDATE: The fix continues! Crimesha lets another homicide offender skate on a sweetheart deal:

• Three eyewitnesses identified Zeron Moody as one of two shooters who opened fire in a neighborhood park and killed 19-year-old Fontaine Sanders. Two of those people named Terreon Gathings as the other gunman. And there was a security video, Facebook postings and a fingerprint linking Moody to the stolen car used in the shooting to back up their testimony.

  Yet the Cook County state’s attorney’s office recently dropped murder charges against Moody and Gathings, allowing them both to plead guilty to aggravated battery with a firearm instead.

The victim's mother, who has attended court hearings for years, is "outraged" that this homicide with fingerprint evidence, video, and social media posts isn't being prosecuted. What chance does a copper have with his body cam video, radio transmissions and POD camera footage?
