More Money Stolen
Yesterday, we asked how do we get some of these $234 an hour jobs.
Illinois taxpayers have been paying $28,000 to $48,000 a month for the executive assistant to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency’s director. Between February and August, the assistant accounted for $240,761.30 in billings — double the salary of her boss, Alicia Tate-Nadeau, during that period.
Tate-Nadeau — appointed by Gov. J.B. Pritzker in 2019 to lead the emergency agency overseeing pandemics, natural disasters and an influx of migrants — wouldn’t agree to an interview.
In response to questions about the costs, the state emergency agency’s spokesman, Kevin Sur, said the contractor, Amy Gentry, resigned effective Thursday and that a state employee hired as the director’s assistant but “temporarily assigned” elsewhere would return to her former $84,000-a-year post Friday.
Gentry has recently been paid $156 an hour through a set of massive contracts earmarked for Illinois’ COVID-19 response. Her total billings to the state emergency agency in other contracting roles through August top $1.03 million.
Time sheets show Gentry billed her time — as many as 350 hours a month — as “director support, Springfield/Remote, or Executive Assistant to the Director (Springfield/Remote), though invoices to the state define her pay rate and position as “Planner-IDPH” to “assist Illinois Department of Public Health on planning efforts.”
350 hours a month. Quarter-million dollars in 7 months.
And....:
The state official who approved paying Gentry and the other contractors billing the state emergency agency by the hour is one of four staffers ousted earlier this year for reasons state leaders have repeatedly refused to explain, instead insisting that everyone resigned “for personal reasons.”
All four — forced to step down for “misconduct,” “conduct unbecoming” and “poor performance” — are barred from ever working for the state emergency agency again, their personnel files show. Public records show they’ve worked closely with Tate-Nadeau at the state emergency agency and previously, too.
So Porky picks people who are "supervising" people ripping off taxpayers and no one is going to prison? But hey, Class 3 Felony if you don't hit your camera button!

Get assman009 on the case.
What the hell is wrong with these ignorant coppers that allow themselves to be used to destroy this great country. Wake the f up!!! Surely you didn't become the police to aid the communists in ruining this once great country. 🇺🇸

Who do these people think they are, the FOP?
350 hours a month? Month after month?
350 hours? It's only 48% of the entire time in a month. Somebody be lying on their time sheets.
She’s not alone just follow the money feeding at the trough it’s what they do and the honest hard working taxpayers get it good and hard minus the lubricant
Fat ass strikes again. But he will be re-elected in landslide. Illinois residents just deserve what they vote for. Time for pitchforks and Karma to take over. But hey it is only your money they are stealing so no big deal. Right? Thought so!
Rules are for those who are ruled.
“More Money Stolen“
Oh jeez, where do I even start?
If one were to calculate the amount of work I get done on any given day in relation to my bloated salary (compliments of the dues paid by you Lodge 7 chumps!), “Theft of Services” would be my middle name. Unless of course I was actually compensated for fucking off on FB, posting cutesy animal videos and sharing critiques of the many local dining establishments we FLOP Board Members frequent to “hold executive sessions”.
Tate-Nadeau is a fucking lunatic. Anyone who deals with her, hates her. Former director of OEMC under Rahm. She has fucked up everything she has touched. They can wish this controversy away all they want. Those expenditures were approved. If you work for the boss, they approve your time. The question isn’t that the employee was most likely stealing time with the bosses approval but which politician placed her there? This goes right to fat ass.
Why not?? Fox guarding the hen house….
Nobody is held responsible
Nobody goes to prison
No cash bail
No normalcy ever in the state of Illinois or city of Chicago
The whole pritzker administration needs to be ousted.
Wow!!!the sun times reporting on democratic fraud!!!
Im shocked 😳
As Deep Throat said “Follow The Money”. Some people are getting a kickback
Not only was this woman making $150/hr or more, but she was working AT HOME! That’s what “Remote” means in her billing. Heck, she could have been “working” from a vacation home in Antigua for all we know! Who is responsible for auditing and paying these invoices? I always checked my employees’ time cards and their T&E expense forms carefully before approving them for payment. If anything seemed even remotely out of line the employee was questioned and, frequently, that expense was not paid. Heads definitely need to roll here.
Democrat accounting can be very challenging.
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
Better pay, than the NBA....
Wtf? Where are indictments?
You Democratic Sheep just keep voting these corrupt, greedy politicians into office ! This fat greasy tub of shit governor that you mentally defective ass holes elected to office is fucking you’s every which way but loose ! Don’t even have to use grease anymore, because you’s just bend over, and take it without question just like the sheep that you are !
BWC act, Safety act ... RULES FOR THEE, NOT FOR ME
As soon as you begin to make more money than your boss, there is always going to be an issue. I remember some detectives making more money than their commanders, and a stop was put to that almost immediately.
I guess it was the commanders butthurt pride...
AND NOT A WORD OF THIS IN THE NEWS. Our tax dollars going bye bye. Oh well, they will just wait to see if JB gets his presidency and then they can all go federal.
CHA now offering $20,000 grant (money laundering trick bag) to low income families to purchase homes.
The grant requirements are you must have $3,000 in savings and income of around $62k amd the loan/grant will be forgiven after owning the home for 10 years. The home must be for personal residential use.
Money Laundering. you say?
Does the grant benefit the banks or the low income families?
Trick bag you say?
1, Consider the current mortgage interest rates and ask who is benefiting?
2. Property Tax increase "for the children" and the migrants
3. Home owner Insurance costs.
With crime and poverty soaring and wage destruction created via the democrat jihad do you think the signers on these grant applications will hold onto their homes make the mortgage payments with increased taxes, insurance, and falling wages. I think not
It's a trick bag. In less than 10 years the properties will be in foreclosure given back to the banks and who's holding the grant money. yes the banks
There’s a sgt in 003 that gets 300-400 hours a month on OT so ask him how that’s possible .
I love my country, I served in the military as did my MOTHER, Father & grandparents etc. then my father, uncles, cousins nephew all served in either the police or fire depts. I love reading this blog, I frequently post God Bless the boys & girls in blue as they, are doing Gods work!!!! It sickens me to see that people won’t work. When police & F/F’s W/ more than 15-20 years on remember they applied to a dept. that had 2000 plus applicants just to create a list because there were no jobs available. Now Police & Fire departments are giving sign on bonuses, we are dropping standards & doing everything we can to get woman & minorities in. Now even they don’t want the jobs…… what has happened to the United States of America???? How much more do citizens (not you F-ing illegals who just “deserve” to get W/O any vetting???? I hope I wake soon. I have to pee & breathe a sigh of relief that it was all a stupid nightmare. But it’s not, when the government can’t do the job it’s the right & requirement of the citizens of this country (again not the F-ing illegals) to take back OUR COUNTRY. Relax, not a terrorist in fact far from it but I want my country back!!!!!!
So I can start billing the dept for when I think about work. At a full hr of course!
One of the highlights in the article is that GENTRY replaced an assistant who was making $84k a year and reassigned to another job. So this political hack is making $48k a month to do what a civil servant was doing for $84k? Send someone to prison ASAP..

Take a look at a light duty Sgt in the academy gun range……a couple hundred OT hours every month “working from home”. It’s all legit.
This sounds all too like CPS principals caught misappropriating funds, something that's wide spread throughout CPS as principals abuse their discretionary funds along with student data.
Many principals handpick their Local School Council members to run in LAC elections. These handpicked LSC members rubber stamp $100,000's in Budget Transfers and Internal Acvounts every school year without discussing the money and being given and perusing documents regrading the money.
What happens to principals when someone blows the whistle on them? The principals resign rather than face an investigation and aren't DNH'd by CPS to be able to return to CPS at another school at a later date.
Former Austin High School principals Simone Griffin was called to a conference with network chief Michael Boraz in the first week of January 2021. Griffin resigned abruptly and took a research and accountability position with Skokie/Niles District 65 mid year.
Griffin was hired and left CPS 5 separate times, mostly by losing her principal or assistant principal positions for various reasons.
Who's Michael Boraz? He's the former Lincoln Park High School principal that left that position after it was found he cut 12 qualified IB certified teachers without going through the proper channels.
What happened to these 12 teachers? They all got backpay and were given the option of resigning from CPS with a nice settlement with no medical benefits or given the golden teaching ticket.
What's the Golden teaching ticket? 10 of them are allowed to be substitute teachers assigned to a school, get full-time teacher pay along with medical, pension (7% of heir own 9% pension pickup is paid by CPS), and sick day/personal business day/ vacation benefits until they retire.
These 10 former Lincoln Park high school teachers have been doing this for 10+ years with all making $105K-$112K per year to be substitute teachers.
This is the same deal Jesse Sharkey and other former CTU employees received as well when they returned from LOAs to work for CPS again. Sharkey is making $109K+ in addition to still bring paid $100K+ by the CTU after turning over the wheels of the CTU to Bubble Butt.
Just to clarify, the CHA $20K grants are Federally funded, still your tax money - but down payment grants are always provided by an outside entity, not the banks. See Illinois.gov for IHDA, Illinois Housing Development as those are State funded. And since mortgages are securities,MBS (mortgage backed securities) set by bonds that set the interest rate. The banks don't make more money because of the interest rates, not set by them. The rationale is there's equity to protect that will be forgiven if they repay the debt and an incentive for the banks to even take on the risk of the loan in the first place. But it's outside taxpayer funded entities that provide these funds and the banks are not the originator or beneficiary of either the grant or the interest rate. Borrower shows up with $20K, attached as a forgivable lien, funded by the Feds (you) so please quit blaming the banks. You the taxpayer gave them the grant. A default goes back to the Federal government (you). No differently then the list of FHA foreclosure properties posted for sale that the Federal government (you), posts in an attempt to recoup some of the losses for bad loans made. Is it a gig? Yes, but it's not the banks.
Again not a word in the papers or the TV media. Shh, we can't interrupt jelly bellies campaign preparations.
