Back when it was called Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) when they did release someone into the asylum program they had a long court date but they (the aliens not illegal but not yet residents) were required to keep INS informed on where they were & had to “check in” W/ an INS Official. Most didn’t & when caught were sent back from Shitcago every Friday morning on the US Marshals JPATS flight out of O Hare. I know I drove prisoners there. In addition, if you weren’t born here & committed a crime here after you did your time a Federal Detainer hold wound be waiting for you on your release date from IDOC. Some/more than 60% went back to whatever country they came from. Most made their way back but INS did the best they could. In such a free society you can’t have the Berlin Wall! How many ILLEGAL ALIENS do you think will ever show up for their hearings in 2,4,6,10 years by then they will have a complete sense of entitlement & we won’t send anyone back. When you have illegals acting like they are owed something days after being in my country imagine what will happen after they know how to play the game.
