Juicy Re-Convicted
Despite Crimesha throwing sand in the gears at the behest of Mrs Obama's lawyer-fixer, that French actor guy was found guilty once again:
A three-justice appeals court panel has affirmed the conviction and sentence of actor Jussie Smollett for lying to police about being the victim of a hate crime.
A Cook County jury found Smollett guilty of five counts of disorderly conduct in 2021, and he was sentenced to 30 months of probation, with the first 150 days to be served at Cook County Jail.
Smollett appealed the conviction and was released while it was pending after spending six days behind bars. A spokeswoman for the actor said Smollett will appeal Friday’s decision.
His attorneys argued that a convoluted court process and multiple issues at trial had violated his civil rights, in particular, that a special prosecutor was appointed and brought new charges against the actor after earlier charges had been dropped by State’s Attorney Kim Foxx.
There were no Civil rights violations, merely abuses of power by Crimesha doing the bidding of Tina Tchen, one of Mrs Sparklefart's fixers and something that no normal person would have ever been given the opportunity to do.
You'd think that the community would be a little more resentful of the Hollywood privilege being exercised here. It's been about the moneyed class getting away with things.

He WILL NEVER see the inside of Crook Co jail, Dart will figure out some way & say the jail can’t protect him, or it’s too crowded or he doesn’t like pizza parties etc. No one who has any power will EVER press to collect the money from him or he will just go BK saying that since CPD “railroaded” him he can’t get work & can’t pay his fines. Meanwhile earlier this week in SCC it was stated that Crimesha will be given a judgeship (that’s F-ing scary W/ her grasp of the law) she will just once again get involved & suspend the sentence. Yes I’m bitter, I’m pissed & I’m SURE I’m right. He should have been charged W/ hate crimes both local & Federal.
If it was anyone reading this blog; they would have never been let out until they served the time.

The above is totally correct. There is no separation the community and their wealthy counterparts or political rulers. Take a look at the parts of the city that suffer the most crimes by the people that look like them. The mayor, that looks like them and tells the police not to chase the people that look like the victims. Not prosecuted by people that look like them, Kimmy. They cannot tell that they are being used for their votes and nothing gets better in the schools, on the street and real jobs and real hope. Nothing but promises to fix the problems of the community. Maybe a few dimes spread around, but most to politically connected people that look like the community. Those community programs never fix a problem, if they did, there would be less money passed out. Trillions of dollars have been spent in the name of the New Deal (1935) or whatever thousands of programs and not many have solved an inner-city problem.
In the late 60's, I arrested an old time Black man for his career 30th or 40th arrest. He told this young copper: "Boy, government is white people, and it is our job to take as much as possible from government'. I think he was correct, sadly.

It's a 150 Day Sentence served in jail. He's an asshole, but he is not a Violent Asshole. By the time the Appeals Court set the date for arguments on the appeal? That famous French f----t actor would have served his 150 days in full with no time off for good behavior.
Even scumbag asshole criminals deserve due process and the right to appeal. Jussie deserves his civil rights and so do the police when they get jammed up.

Take a moment and think of the damage that would have occurred if Juicy had played out his lie during better weather. The polar vortex saved the city because it was too cold to protest and riot. It could have been a disaster.
I agree with the previous comment that Juicy deserves due process. So, let him appeal and then we’ll agree that he’s guilty and off to jail he goes. I, for one, believe it will be beneficial for him.
