We don't even care about the merits of this particular case.

The Bureau Chief of IAD and police accountability is racking up on retaliation lawsuits. Years ago, she would’ve been dumped after the first lawsuit. and she wouldn’t have been allowed to attend public forums or events on behalf of the department. She would’ve had to clear IAD before she could speak on behalf of the department or attend a public event on behalf of the department. She’s a disgrace and an embarrassment.

Being an FTO I have not had any issues with the new kids coming onto the job. Not a single on but I hear alot of negativity from on the blog. To those I say why not accept the FTO position(only rank which holds with no merits) and then speak your mind after you had trained few officers.

Every landlord has control over their tenants. It's called a lease or rental agreement. Selling, growing, manufacturing, or using drugs will usually be a violation of those agreements. Cuello's situation was a bit more tricky. The "tenant" was her daughter's boyfriend. There's absolutely no way she didn't know he was dealing drugs. Similarly, everyone has absolute control over who they lend their car to. Do you just leave your keys on the table at your local YMCA and whoever needs a ride can grab them? No one drives my car, or even enters my car, unless I'm sure they aren't in possession of something that gets my car impounded. Pretending not to know a family member or boyfriend or whoever, is using your car to sell drugs is just asinine. They have to deny knowing, but no one with a functioning brain would actually believe they didn't know. I can tell by your post that you're black, and pretending this is all racist, because the black woman associating with criminals is being talked about. You had to throw out the "what about the Hispanic that no one talked about?" You completely ignored the extensive coverage here, and even in the local media, just to come up with some false narrative of racism. I don't care what race someone is. I care what they do. Talley dont know what she's doing at IAD. She was put there by lack of competent exempt staff. Melean wanted it but him, barz and the now stripped blau fucked it up. Talley never did a cr investigation and couldn't show you how to do one. I'm glad I got out of there because I hear from a good friend still there that whenever micromanaged and wont let the other bosses there make any decisions. She tries to run the office but butts heads with her staff when they try to tell her she can't do what shes trying to do. She trys to unfounded her friends cases without an investigation but when her staff finds out and tell her she cant, she gets upset and tells them shes the chief and can do whatever the fuck she wants.my current Commander and lt, both black, think she has no idea what shes doing and wont listen to her staff because she trying to prove to snelling that she should be the 1st. Her sgts say she only talks to them when shes mad about some case involving one of her friends didnt get fast tracked and constantly on them for a large caseload they inherited because IAD does not just do IAD projects. The icing on the cake, talley retaliated on POs that couldn't make st Jude by bringing in an inspector cronies and make her officers and sergeants stand a fully dressed inspection. They're tired of her shit too. Guess what talley, some people do have babysitting issues. Nice wellness move. Stay in your office and let the other bosses run iad, they actually know what they're doing.

Why would Talley be promoted to 1st when she has ruined the IAD. The IAD has more openings than any other unit. It has at least 50 openings for all ranks. Monday-Friday with weekends off and they still can’t get a single soul to volunteer to go. On the other hand, that’s the members fault if they allow Talley to railroad them into her corruption.
