A Washington DC judge has sparked backlash after releasing a teenager accused of spraying a sleepy neighborhood with bullets from an AR-15. Judge Lloyd U. Nolan Jr., a self-described 'woke' magistrate judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, ruled that Amonte Moody, 18, be released on bail ahead of his trial.
The 18-year-old allegedly peppered a street with 26 rounds while targeting a car of four people at 2:30am on April 22, with Ring doorbell footage capturing a suspect shooting wildly from the hip with the assault rifle. Nobody was injured or killed in the shooting spree, which unfolded just over a mile from the US Capitol. Despite the chaos he allegedly caused, Nolan granted Moody pre-trial release and home arrest.
After his decision raised eyebrows, Fox News reported that his online presence included a post where he said he was 'still woke', and another where he donated to a fundraiser supporting a George Soros-backed professor.
And speaking of "assault weapons," has anyone heard anything lately about the Fata$$ registration scheme? Is it still active? Is compliance still hovering around 2%?
We went out of state the other week and there was a sale on 30-round magazines. Not a single serial number on any of them, so we had no idea how to register anything. Fortunately, they all blew out the window as we crossed the Mississippi River, so we were spared any uncomfortable questions by ISP.

Feeble prosecution, feeble adjudication, feeble admistration = more competition amongst the cretins to commit more brazenly their crimes.
As the idiotic presumptions by criminals of the restraints being imposed upon law enforcers remaining reliable, the criminals are being oblivious to these restraints no longer being reliably applied to the not criminal populace.
Aka, self defense becomes the approved, by actual enforcers of law, as the preferred actions of said not criminal populace.
The criminals made dead by civilians are thusly known to be a gain most welcomed.
Current neccessities define this to be so.
Until the impotency imposed/chosen by prosection, adjudication and administration is reversed and restored to vigorous, this dynamic rules the day and the night.
Not sure what’s up with the Illinois registry but some good news: The Ninth Circuit appellate court ruled a few days ago that a landmark decision by the U.S. Supreme Court means that convicted felons can't automatically be deprived of their right to bear arms. Thank the Lord. Let freedom ring and long live the 2nd Amendment.
It's very obvious what the end goal is. They want to cause enough destabilization and promote enough crime to bring out vigilantes. Once vigilante justice becomes a trend, they will use it to disarm the population.
These criminals are just a tool of destabilization, hence the repeated releases and lack of accountability.

Just read this: Sheriff Tom Dart, political hack of the decade, is preparing to send officers out to approx. 80,000, yes 80 thousand citizens of Illinois who are not allowed to own firearms. Mental health, criminal activities or their FOID card expired??? In my humble opinion this is the trial program to violate your rights as a gun owner in the state of Illinois. Can't see many of those living in suburban Chicago or on the N.W. or S.W. sides of the city.
So, who will go into the ghetto to retrieve the guns or arrest those that refuse to turn over their guns. They won't go there first or probably never. Faced with the racist claims, these Fuckheads will avoid that area of the city. Will there be search warrants obtained using no probable cause?? And after the arrests, where will the offenders be housed?? This idiot and his gaggle of goofs, the ASA and judges don't lock up the armed offenders now. So, what will this prove?? Who will foot the bill for the lawsuits, Taxpayers, who else. Will this balance the racial makeup of pre-trial prisoners??

Look at DCMPD staffing on their website, it should tell you how *good* the department is. Probably one of the worst in the nation at this point. They also made a law back in 2020 where it's prohibited to even touch a suspect neck for just a few milliseconds, yes it's a fucking law and not a policy. Those who violate them can be charged and the department just doesn't give a fuck and throw the officer under the bus. It might as well be worse than CPD. This also doesn't include the fact that the city itself hates cops from all aspects, citizens, the mayor, and city councils. Plus lenient, pro-crime appointed USAO and federal judges.
