This isn’t a victory. The lawsuit was withdrawn “without prejudice.” That means that it can be re-filed in the future. If it was withdrawn “with prejudice”, that would mean it was 100% over. So we can expect that this lawsuit will be amended and re-filed in the near future.

This case was dismissed "without prejudice" which means it can be re-filed. They are waiting for the outcome of the November election. If the Dems prevail, expect this lawsuit to be re-filed. If Trump wins, it is dead in the water. They won't pursue this case under Trump. We have seen what civil penalties Trump has faced. Imagine if the entities filing this lawsuit were subject to the same civil penalties for a frivolous lawsuit in the hundreds of millions. Brietbart article by AWR Hawkins earlier this evening ( and I am too technically incompetent to attach link using my I Phone) says that Chicago has re- filed Amended ( superceding?) Suit against three (3) Parties: (1)Glock; (2)Eagle Sports Range in Oak Forest; (3) Midwest Guns in Lyons.

Can’t beat a Glock or any other striker fired pistol for that matter. The only pistol better than a striker fired is a SAO. But then you run into the safety issue. I’ve been a Sig DA/SA fan for years but now Glock is my pistol of choice because of the trigger and weight issues.

Who are YOU (or anyone else, for that matter) to decide what your fellow citizens "need", or should be allowed to own? I'm sure that in the future when radicals in the government decide that you should not own a vehicle with a combustion engine, gas appliances, a bank account or any assets, private property, any type of firearm, etc. you'll be just fine with their decision, since it was all done for the "common good". At the time the Bill of Rights was ratified, American citizens were allowed to own any and all types of weapons in use by the military. So glad that you feel well protected with your .22.
