Update on Garbageman Shooting
Seems this pair was wanted in Oak Park for a string of burglaries:
On 01/31/2025 at approximately 2:55AM Oak Brook Police officers responded to York Woods subdivision for a delayed suspicious incident report. While enroute to the area officers located a dark colored Nissan Rogue with Indiana registration; and a Hyundai Sonata with Illinois registration later to be determined stolen from the 100 block of Sheffield exiting the subdivision.
[...]The Oak Brook Police Department was notified by the Chicago Police Department of an incident involving the Nissan Rogue in their jurisdiction shortly after the Oak Brook incident. The two male occupants of the Nissan Rogue attempted an Armed Robbery of a Sanitation Service employee in Chicago later that morning. The victim in that case is a CCL holder who shot both offenders during the Armed Robbery attempt.
So this garbageman should be getting presented with the keys to two cities for clearing up a string of crimes.

Job well done.
Is it too late to go back and shoot the second guy a little better?
I hear the oak Brook Police Department hung a wreath n their firearms range to commemorate these A-holes.
I'd buy that G-man a drink any day, hell I'd personally buy him a box of premier self-defense ammo. A toast to that brave HERO, saved the taxpayers a lot of money.
Please be advised that the video is graphic in nature. But nonetheless delightful!
