Another brilliant hiring choice by mayor Dumbass:
Mayor Brandon Johnson is turning to a former member of the City Council to organize and fight for his Springfield agenda.
Former Northwest Side Ald. John Arena will join the administration March 24 with little runway to deliver on Johnson’s priorities with the General Assembly’s spring session already well underway.
For those who don't remember, Arena is the city council asshole who kept secret files on anyone who dared to protest his plans to bring low income housing to neighborhoods that didn't want it.
He also kept especially detailed files on Police and Firefighters, mostly through his toady, current state rep Lindsey LaPointe. Between the two of them, they filed numerous false allegations via the CR process and whatever process the CFD handles complaints. If we recall, there were a couple of lawsuits and Arena lost his aldermanic race the next time around based mostly on his "secret police" tendencies.

I think this is an excellent idea, if you think you hate him, you have no idea how much he is HATED by the leadership in the Illinois House and Senate.
Lindsey Lapoint is disgusting. She goes to the bar by her office, gets drunk off PBR, tells the bartender to "put it on her tab" when the bill comes. Cries about her boyfriend leaving her while plotting on ways to get Jim Gardiner out of office. She's so gross. And Arena is a psycho that tossed his wife around and blamed it on his sleeping meds. His kid is a lil asshole too.
Arena is a bitch and a yes man. Brandon Johnson could tell Arena to jump and Arena would ask "how high?" That whole progressive group in city hall is the same. Bunch of demented pussies. Arena is from Jersey. Lapointe is from Maine.
Two of the biggest assholes to reside on the northwest side. They also have a following of demented residents that stalk the 45th ward alderman and his family.
