That new policy to combat the "teen takeover" trend is already paying political dividends....as in pissing off more taxpayers:
Sources tell FOX 32 the city received word of a teen trend Saturday at 31st Street Beach. Parking restrictions were put in place blocks away and residents say they were "imprisoned" as a result.
What we know: Beginning early this afternoon, police were out in great numbers patrolling 31st Street Beach. The cold weather likely disrupted a planned teen gathering advertised on social media.
Meanwhile, residents scrambled to find parking all day long with a tow zone order in effect beginning at 9 a.m. City leaders say the parking restrictions were intended to prevent damage to property, in case police had to dismiss large disorderly groups from the beach as seen in the past. The no-parking ban stretched from 31st to 35th Street, and also from Indiana Avenue to DuSable Lake Shore.
What they're saying: Residents tell FOX 32 they were not given enough notice and were inconvenienced trying to locate alternative parking. Alderwoman Pat Dowell told FOX 32 parking notices were posted on Thursday, and she would like to see police give residents more of a heads-up.
Well golly aldermoron, as soon as the teens tell the CPD exactly what, where and when they're planning to "takeover," we're sure Larritorious will have his brain trust headed from door-to-door notifying residents that their neighborhood has become a giant No Parking Zone full of parking tickets, tows, impounds and relocations along with untold scratches, dings, dents and undercarriage damage.
All paid for by the neighborhood.

And inconveniencing the residents of the area? We have too many dopes running this City. They make the most asinine decisions. When these groups surface causing chaos arrest them, prosecute them and incarcerate them. It’s a proven strategy that works every time. And for Mayor Conehead who is in search of the root cause of crime, it is you, and your minions who are a complete failure in governing the City. Until then, actually use geofencing. Once the geofencing trackers tell the story, round up and start lock ups and massive fines. The city can quickly alleviate the deficit.

Residents should hit the pests over the head with their Kamala for President signs.
Residents should demand parking stickers be issued to residents only after proving their addresses only accepting REAL IDs as validation documentation. The stickers should be at a substantial cost discouraging fraud in addition to the everyday wheel tax stickers. Illegal parking penalties should be punitive with excessive fines with department of revenue Denver boots preventing outsiders from takeover vehicular migrations. No One Is Illegal signage should replace the kamala signs reminding the teens that Hate Has No Home Here in a Co-Exist progressive community.
Maybe this democrat stronghold should erect border fences around their communities with TSA like checkpoints requiring TSA approved documentation prior to entry. Municipal imprisonment and government controls is the solution to the problem for residents. Give up your freedom democrat voters so the emerging criminal element is further nurtured and cultivated.
