We should bring back the Death Penalty for scum like this:
A 22-year-old man from Ecuador has been detained on charges that he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 12-year-old Chicago girl he met through Instagram, according to prosecutors.
In a detention petition, prosecutors said Henry Lema, 22, first contacted the girl online, picked her up without her parents’ knowledge, and took her to his residence, where he sexually assaulted her.
Chicago police began investigating around 7 a.m. on December 23 after the girl’s parents called 911 from outside a home in the 4800 block of West Crystal Street. The parents told officers their daughter was missing and that they had tracked her cellphone to that address, which was later confirmed to be Lema’s residence. The parents said they had attempted to contact their daughter by phone and knocked on doors in the area without success.
Vigilantes would work. Was this pedo an illegal, too?
You'll never guess what happened afterward:
- Judge James Murphy III ordered Lema detained after finding prosecutors met their burden under the law. Lema is charged with criminal sexual assault of a victim younger than 13 and kidnapping.
It's a freaking miracle.

Glad they got the scum but he won't get what he deserves from the liberal system. A slow and painful beat down is what is needed. Executed is what should happen to the scum. Why are people like this ever released. Take a look at how many there are on the sexual registry in your neighborhood. Amazing how many there are. And anyone notice how many perv teachers there are these days across the country, and most of the pervs are female teachers. The difference in punishments is also amazing no matter where they are located. Some get a good long sentence others probation.

He is innocent until proven guilty. That’s why they come here because there will actually be a trial for people to defend themselves. Don’t be so quick to convict him.

They wouldn't even mention Ecuador unless he was here illegally. It's like when they call a robbery offender a teen or a youth, you already know everything you need to know about them. They accidentally tell us what they're trying to conceal about the scumbag. If your 12 year old has Instagram or any social media, and you don't have complete access to it at all times, you're failing as a parent. Monitor your children's internet use, who they're texting, who they're messaging on whatever apps, and know where they're going before they leave your house. This was a predator taking advantage of a vulnerable child, but it was easily preventable if the parents had been more involved in their child's activities. You may trust your kids to always do the right thing and to be safe, but there's always some piece of shit out there who knows what to do or say to manipulate them. Stay involved and talk to your kids about this stuff before it happens.

Hopefully CPDs SIU is not investigating this. They did an outstanding job in 2020 when a 12 year old was sexually assaulted by a 38 year old convicted sex offender who had a DNA profile in CODIS. The child was raped in May of 2020, ISP crime lab notified SIU in October 2020 of a match to their suspect. An SIU Sgt reviews the desk Detective's supplemental report who was alerted of the hit, which is approved by this newly promoted Sgt (KB), who had approximately 1.5 months in a district before someone (Cmdr PC) recognized her investigative skills and brought her to SIU. Sgt KB says to herself, fuck it, it can wait, we have more important crimes to investigate. She then stuffs it away for approximately 4 months, when The Cook County States Attorney's Office decides to review lab reports in CLEAR and discovers that an offender has been identified in the rape of a 12 year old little girl and nobody has even attempted to locate him. The real police took over and found him within 12 hours after 4 months had passed by and SIU was notified of his identity. At least PC was dumped a few months shy of being eligible for a commanders pension. I worked in A1 VC at the time. They definitely promote the special ones.
