Officer(s) Shot at Swedish Hospital
Rapidly evolving situation.
Prisoner detail gone bad.
017 wagon crew.
Prisoner got one of their guns, shot both Officers and escaped,
Possibly in custody after a SWAT response in the neighborhood.
Prayers.
UPDATE: we're being told one Officer has passed and the news about the second is about as bleak as can be.
Pray harder.

These stupid f*cking prisoner hospital transports. All you are doing is giving an avenue to escape or do something like this. Stop sending everyone to the hospital for the f*cking hiccups. Of course our weak never ever been the police bosses will never change that goofy liberal policy.
Took a juvy to cook county hospital for a clearance while working the wagon many years agoand the triage nurse insisted that the cuffs be removed so she could take the kid’s blood pressure. Immediately after my partner removed 1 cuff, the kid grabbed the phone from her desk and smashed her across her face with it. As she writhed on the floor, I asked her “ do you want me to put the cuffs back on him now?”. After that, I never removed handcuffs from another arrestee or mental in the hospital ever again. Rest in peace officer.
I wonder if the attending doctor ordered the officers to remove the handcuffs.
Prayers to both the officers involved & their families & peers! Bets on the liberal asses at Swedish asking the officers to uncuff poor Boo-Boo who was having a mental crisis. And why is that socialist, cop hating, asshole Vazquez being quoted in this article?
