Eric Carter called the 1st deputy and asked to have a certain Lt from 006 promoted to a commander and she said no, Waller will be making those decisions and she said she won’t back any of his picks.. he blew a gasket, called Waller and vented and Waller told Carter where to go… hilarious. Good for the first and good for Waller.
