First it was undemonized yutes.
Then, undemonized yutes with cars taking over intersections.
Now it's motorbikes, by the dozens upon dozens:
Once again, a large group of motorcycles riders were seen taking over a portion of the Eisenhower Expressway on the city's West Side Friday night.
An ABC7 viewer says they saw hundreds of motorcycles driving at high speeds and swerving between traffic.
A similar scene was seen on the Dan Ryan Expressway Friday morning.
In that video, riders were seen weaving through traffic and popping wheelies.
Police have not released any reports regarding the mass rides happening across Chicago.
There were also groups riding back and forth over by HQ, popping wheelies and flipping off the building while filming themselves. Our readers up north say there were similar gatherings in 020, 019, 017 and 016 also.
So how does it get addressed? Safely?
Or is this another of those things we just pretend isn't happening because of who's doing it? These machines are all street legal, right? With plates and stickers? And everyone is carrying a Class M license?
How long until they kill someone or get killed by a short tempered individual they're picking on?

A strategy may include having all 35th Street fort fellatio personnel in uniform with yellow reflective safety vests giving the illusion of a larger police force in the area donning crown caps and armed to the teeth with traffic blow whistles too. Kind of like mobile scarecrows. And issue personnel at HQ citation books and nudge them to issue tickets doing police like duties plying the trade conducting traffic enforcement responsibilities.
We had all those salt trucks parked around Lolla that could have been used to box them in (can't do that). It's not like they have a reverse gear on those things. They took over NB LSD yesterday afternoon. They stretched from Solider Field all the way to Jackson. Probably a thousand bikes. One of our guys on top of a hotel said it was a 1000 bikes over the air. A few moments later, someone on the ground said it was only a couple hundred...hmmm..."nothing to see down here...everything is fine...I closed my eyes and now they're all gone."
Unlicensed bikes without any government registration or insurance. Impound the bikes. Require owners to submit to all government authority licensing agreements with plates and city stickers, require the correct driver's license endorsement for motorcycle operation and require insurance before releasing the motor scooter. Top it off with personal issue citations. This only works if the crooked, connected judges do their part and make public safety job #1. Traffic judges must do a better job than counterparts on the criminal side. Are we asking too much from the government's legal industry?
Law abiding drivers are beaten into submission with licensing/registration fees, onerous endless traffic code rules and regulations and private sector accountability via insurance requirements. It takes all of us to inspire change for traffic safety restorative justice.
Who does one sue for physical damage, emotional distress, personal injuries and future medical care if these unlicensed ATVs/motorbikes cause a crash with no police interaction or causation? No money to be made-don't expect any legal representation to file suit on these societal human liabilities.
City Hall will do nothing to stop any public mayhem. This is the poster child for Mob Action arrests.

Maybe headquarters personnel should put on a seasonal field uniform, gather on 35th Street and march to Michigan Avenue in a mostly peaceful street takeover complete with a sit in in front of HQ raising awareness to the problem of biker takeovers at the workplace. The ad hoc coalition can highlight a hostile work environment and demand affirmative action from their CPD employer for additional police resources. No takeover march is complete without bass drums, bullhorns, in uniform clowns, whistles, giraffe costumes, anti-President Trump rhetoric, a cameo appearance by Rev Pfleger, screeching blue haired libtards with unshaven armpits and jungle overgrown hairy legs, campaigning from democrat socialist only mayoral candidates, Chicago's coalition to end violence paid representatives, End ICE Now alliance subversives, CTU social justice and political action revolution committees and prominent extremist leaders and radical college professors advancing to abolish incarceration movements. A point to remember, in New York City a police sergeant tried to stop a wild bike rider -fleeing a drug bust - on the sidewalk by throwing a water cooler at him. Goof crashed and died. The progressive justice system demanded and got that officer arrested, charged and sentenced to 3 to 9 years in the pen. Chicago is a progressive city where criminals are loved and police hated by the socialist ruling elite. Act accordingly.
