I have it on good authority that Catanzara has 10s of 1000s of FOP $$$ hidden in traps in the food trailer. That way, it’ll be waiting for him when he gets out of the federal pen and he’s given a trustee spot on the sham “charity”.
At least that’s what Jimmy Backstababitch told me the golf outing.
The CPD is legit just filled with honest people of the utmost integrity. Nobody is being promoted outside of being the most qualified at the time. I’m sure that cash was for charity and just didn’t make it there yet. Area 4 great detectives always looking to solve that case not sit around or go out to eat. The CPD just a well oiled machine. I wish we could all work to 70 we never work a day in our lives.

Some people find guns lying under garbage cans and others find insane cash in drawers. All of this leads towards BS. Police officers become cheap by the nature of their profession. Large money just sitting around is extremely suspicious.
All merit Lts and most of the Sgt’s have no experience in the D unit.
Speaking of overtime. The lieutenant at area one PRT loves telling us as to how much overtime he makes and how much it’s impacting him mentally. Yet this man has deprived all the teams in the unit of any overtime all summer. It’s mind boggling to see veterans and other younger officers in the unit continue to produce numbers. I can see as to why so many officers left since this lieutenant’s arrival. Unreal!

100 percent true. Commander LS is so stupid she was seen carrying out more envelopes of cash after she and Dr Sgt KY cleaned out the disgraced LT SL’s locker. I would bet this time it went unreported.
What’s going on is people that aren’t fit to be crossing guards are now supervisors and exempts thanks to DEI hiring practices. Only the best and the brightest run this joke of a department..
It reminds me of the old ward system! There were several ward supervisors who had a drawer with cash to make things happen or go away? Guess it’s now been worked into the new system in CPD! You no longer have to meet the Commander or Deputy at the restaurant or bar to hand over the cash for your name going on the promotion list? You just walk into the area and drop the cash in the desk drawer or locker. Where it sits until the new list is about to be fabricated. And by magic your added to the Sergeants or Lieutenants list.
Keep paying tribute just like they did in the roaring 20’s……

As Chicago circles the drain, all this cash being found at CPD, way too many new exempt and big money positions being added to the pension ranks, the lousy mayor throwing money away on frivolous projects and adding more and more friends to the payrolls, WHERE does accountability start to the hard working taxpayers paying for -what is essentially- do nothing, know nothing jobs? You can include the CTU too, where schools have 20% enrollment, but 100% staffing? No audits of any of these systems? Where are the Feds? Where is the Inspector General?
You have to wonder, just how flush they all are that cash is laying around everywhere...
Send in the FBI ? Who do you think put that money there ? That's how they move up in the bureau. They arrest police officers and send them to prison. Ask any other federal agent and they will tell you exactly the same thing. Go get a RF locator and search the locker room. You'll find the camera and microphone.
Someone in CPD over there knows what this money is doing there and where it came from and where it was supposed to go. These people work and live among us as police officers and they are too corrupt to come forward. SMH
