It’ll all come to a crescendo right before the election in November.
Vetting is Vital.
Even/especially for the flood of democrat promoted illegal invaders.
Vetting for health threats is most vital, followed by vetting for criminal history/current terrorists, etc.
Until Trump returns, this all has to be done by local governments.

When I was in med school at Northwestern early 80s , TB has he largely eradicated in the US.
A huge success for public health.
Then , through a combination of lax Immigration and the AIDS epidemic, it came roaring back.
Now we are battling multi drug resistant TB from every third world crap he in the world
Key word here is Illegals. Not migrants, ILLEGALS. Deport them and let them rot in their home countries, we owe them nothing!

Remember we all have an immune system, and if you did NOT follow any of the COVID precautions, never used a mask, did not stay home and gave your business to restaurants and bars that refused to comply with the mandatory shut down orders.... mainly outside of crook county, AND REFUSED THE DEATH VACCINATION, plus NEVER go to any form of physician... you're immune system is even STRONGER than ever before, and DO NOT COMPLY WITH ANY MANDATES OVER MEASELS OR TB, we will be fine and survive.

In progressive parlance TB outbreaks are referred to as cultural enrichment and fundamental transformation.
Does this mean we get to see those old school doctors in the black robes with beaks like when we had the bubonic plague????
Time for mask mandates again. At least masks would actually be effective for TB. Another effective strategy for combating these illnesses is to stop letting infected criminals stream freely across the border unchecked and unrestricted. The third world shitholes they're coming from don't vaccinate anywhere near the rate the US does. I'm talking about real vaccines, not that covid poison. Strange that these outbreaks are happening among the homeless and illegal immigrant populations, but somehow are said not to be related to the illegal immigrant populations. These are the only outbreaks that somehow affect a very specific segment of the population, yet somehow aren't coming from within that population. That's not how science works.
What is not being reported is TB is one of the Antibiotic resistant strains from South of The Border. This TB is particularly nasty because you have to find the combination. of antibiotics to treat it. In Mexico they do not have prescription drugs. The Doctor can tell you what to get but they do not write prescription like is done in the states. AB's are badly overused because of the this diseases like TB are resistant to treatment. It takes as much as 2 years of treatment to get rid of an AB resistant infection. Watch out for polio, it is endemic in Pakistan, In Pakistan because the Polio vaccine has a distant relationship to hog Salafist Muslims refuse to take it.
I do not envy cop's and EMT's you can never tell what the fragrant vagrant is carrying.

I absolutely will NOT comply with any mask or vaccination mandates over more fake diseases, I do not ever go to a physician or believe any public health official.
