The Sopranos Update
Don't read if you haven't seen the episode:
Ok, the Sacrimoni wedding was amusing (the conversations with the old folks at the table was great) and Vito looks like he's about to go off and be found dead in a hotel room. Tony's picking fights again and the "munchkin' mayor" is going to be a large (but short?) issue soon. But the underlying currents all point to Phil as the next big problem - for everyone. We were wondering how much of Phil's dealings with Tony is John actually aware of and how much Phil is keeping John in the dark about the garbage business dealings.
But the stuff with Lorraine Bracco is stale and seems to have run its course. As instrumental as she was to understanding Tony back in the early days of the show, she seems to have become that much dead weight. It's an odd sort of disconnect - we don't even look forward to her explaining why Tony acts the way he does. We already know. He's a borderline psychopath with a lot of anger and control issues. Do we really need her to tell us that?

Did Tony set up the fight with his driver? It looked like he had the kid do him a favor and take a few punches so he could prove he was back.
In the next episode of the SOPRANOS the AREA 2 GUN TEAM will be featured about ten minutes in the program doing a search warrant since that part was filmed here in Chicago. Honest. The GUN TEAM will be in the background going into the house on the south side and there will be comments made by some mafioso figures. The scene was filmed here in Chicago in November of last year and the scenes will be in next weeks episode for sure. The AREA 2 GUN TEAM are going to be movie stars for sure. Good going guys, you are a credit to the department.

Vito may not end up dead. Its possible he went and clipped the two guys who spotted him in the clup. Why else would he have called Silvio at 3:00 a.m.? Perhaps he was checking to see if he heard anything. Just a thought.

I think Tony started the fight with his driver to prove that he's still tough. If he had planned it, he wouldn't have been nervous. Why else would he immediately go in the bathroom and throw up?

What would be nice to see on the Sopranos show is a reality text version.
A bunch of over weight, blue collar, tow truck drivers bragging about their latest score. The police burst open the door, serve an arrest warrant for a bfw license violation. There would be a whole lot of cool swearing, and vengence talk, but in the end someone would go to jail.
Tony would be sooo pissed, someone will have to die! What a show.

Tony picked the biggest ( muscle wise) guy at the table to fight with so he can knock him down and still be leader of the pack, but what I caught when he was puking the first time, it looked like he was puking up blood and when he returns again to the bowl, the show you more blood. Maybe bleeding internally? That's why he fainted at the church.

Tony beat the crap out of his driver because of the conversation he had with Lorraine Bracco about how people will always perceive you as how you are and how you act. He needed to prove to the rest that he was still tough, yet he puked up blood, because he was still physically sick. So it shows he is still weak, but willing to act the tough guy to keep his position as the boss. And Vito called Silvio @ 3am to find out if anyone knew about his homo tendencies. We think he will kill those 2 guys that saw him in the gay bar, because they are not "made men" in the family yet. We don't think he will kill himself.
Vito hasn't killed the two guys yet. He brought a bag of supplies with him. He's shitting bricks. He maybe a Captain, but he's a hughe liability with his cock craving. Watch him turn state's evidence.

Yep, and Christopher stepped on his peepee a few times with Tony, too. Everyone's getting power hungry.
My wife thinks it has been boring so far, but I am enjoying it. Like a big chess game...with more swearing.
Isn't it wierd that the two "Arabs" asked Christopher for a specific type of pistols? Does anyone else get the feeling that these two guys aren't really a couple of middle eastern thugs but possibly undercover Feds looking to set him up and get a foot into the organization?
If you remember awhile back, Christopher was in Satriallie's speaking to the two FBI agents who were transferred to the terrorism task force. One of the agents told Christopher to call him if he had any info on middle eastern terrorists. Shortly thereafter, Christopher ran into these two. I think they may be terrorists rather than informants.
It was supposed to be ironic, I think. Chris professed his hatred for terrorists etc. Later in the show he is seen associating with the sketchy characters, and he clearly had no idea who they are or what they are up to.
