Sergeant Test Results

  • Thirteen years ago, the police sergeants exam became a political football in Chicago's never-ending game of racial politics when a test produced just five minority promotions out of 114.

Tee up the football. It could happen again.

One month after mailing test scores to would-be sergeants, the Daley administration is refusing to release a racial breakdown of top-scoring candidates.

Of course they are. The results would be politically embarrassing. Again. And this paragraph by our old buddy from the Sun Times (Hi Fran!!) in regard to the 1994 exam is humorous:
  • The City Council held hearings in hopes of uncovering evidence the exam or the testing process was unfair. One alderman proposed mandatory lie-detector tests for everyone involved, amid allegations that would-be sergeants "cheated" by obtaining sample questions that mirrored the actual test.
Prior to the last couple of exams we've managed to take, we've received a packet from the testing company that outlines exactly how the test is going to be administered. In that packet are at least 3, sometimes more, sample questions. EACH AND EVERY ONE of those sample questions appeared on the test. Word for word. They were like freebies. And we still didn't break 1,000 on that test.

Fran doesn't say who is unhappy and who's raising a stink. Perhaps she's fishing for information after being rebuffed by the City, though we've always been of the opinion that test results paid for with public money should have the results made fully public knowledge - at least then we'd know EXACTLY who got what and how they got it.

More people complaining because they either didn't study, didn't study enough, didn't study the right things, didn't follow instructions, or...they were just too stupid.

The "cheaters" may be like the Mauer lt's who assisted him in choosing questions then somehow ranked in the first several spots for promotion. We are now stuck with these "non-Merit" dopes as the d/c of 18, the c/o of the marine unit and whatever BS Caluris is doing now. Don't ever doubt your own abilities when you see who we are stuck working for. Experience in a particular area is bullshit. Management skills that include knowing how and when to make a descision are key. The other crap is easily picked up. Let's face it how hard could it be....

I didn't study for the previous Sgt. test, and almost made it. Almost.

Studied my rear off for this one and will make it. I will make it in the 4th or 5th class. Without merit I would be in 2nd or 3rd. Maybe.

I've seen my share of merit in the past few years. Many minorities.
Some in name only. Many good guys. Sorry gals, I only know one female who made it merit and she thinks she is the next Super. Plenty of strokes. All anyone wants is a legit system. " Not, we need a black guy. Here is one who is sponsored by Ald. Carothers. "
That is what blows.

how the fuck do 4000 out of 4600 pass a fucking test!? what do they plan to promote everyone until the list expires? those 600 are prob no-shows too. me thinks the city will take 33% of the top scorers from each [ethnic] group - or whatever the city racial breakdown is.

I just want to put some of the scrutiny involving the exam to rest. I had three people in my group score in the top 200. Two were Hispanic and one was White. The racial breakdown of top-scoring candidates is irrelovant. My observation is that if you spent three to four hours a day studying and were serious about the exam, race was not an issue. My study group was held at my home with not one shred of information from any of the "Invitation only" study groups that went on. Those of you that have conspiracy theories that minorities can not successfully navigate the exam are WRONG!! IF you who feel slighted by your results decide to use this excuse SHAME ON YOU!!! To discredit the hard work of everyone that was succesful is a real example of your greed and bitterness. There is no top secret formula to success. You must study the material, learn what you can and everything you can in patrol and apply this knowledge in the test. Sour grapes will not change your results and only fuel the fire to hire more inept and unqualified merit selected appointees that are 100% poltical hacks. Unless you want to trade your soul for a promotion and be the indentured servant of a boss the only solution is to make it on your own!!

The 1993 test is the test I made Sgt from. There was no merit & you were promoted in RANK ORDER. If your rank was 300, you knew you'd eventually be made because there was NO MERIT!! YOU KNEW EXACTLY WHERE YOU STOOD! Thank God I made it off that test, because after that test, the college requirements evolved. Now with 10+ years as a Sgt and over 20 on the job (ALL in patrol , on the street), I can't take a Lt's test without a 4yr degree? What a bunch of B.S. A Sgt that has juice and has all of 7 yrs on the job & has been taken care of his short career, can get promoted, but over 20 yrs of STREET EXPERIENCE" means nothing? It's nice the way this department takes care of us.
BE SAFE!!

I got an idea!! Let's give all the wanna be exempts and "merit" candidates a lie-test to make sure they actually have done something (got shot, etc.) to deserve a merit bump, and are NOT CONNECTED IN ANY WAY to a bullshit politician. Those results would be staggering!! An while we're at it, how about the mayor & aldermen taking lie-tests on a regular basis to make sure that they are not stealing or taking kick-backs, etc...

An Illinois Judge said the firefighter test needn't be so academic becuase the job does not call for that, and thats why the CFD has recently gone to a pass/fail lottery system for getting on the job. I don't think that would fly for the CPD since book knowledge really IS vital for us.

I'm pretty sure the CFD has out-and-out racial quotas for promotion. We don't - but we do have 20% merit for detectives and 30% for Sgt.

There is a Supreme Court case related to "intelligence testing" and employment. Most of what it says is the test had better be relevant to the job.

So firmeman can be "dumb" as long as they can do their job. Police, in my opinion, with all the laws, can't. So the COurts will probably NEVER fuck w/ our testing to the extent where they say it doesn't matter.

Just my opinion.

Believe me, hard work pays off and the Sergeant's test was not rigged like many posts have claimed in the past.

I am a male white who grew up with nothing on the south side of Chicago. I have always believed, that no matter what, anyone can overcome adversity as long as you work at it. That's the American dream, right?? Well, I did that by paying for myself to get a good education and now am a police officer. I feel that I am blessed to have a good job and am able to support my family, like many people who post here seem to take for granted. I also saw a need for better leadership in the CPD, so I decided to DO SOMETHING about it instead of bitching about everything all of the time. I studied very hard for the sergeant's exam-general orders, study groups, and sacrificed most of my free time for six months. Well, guess what?? It paid off and I did very well. I don't have clout and I don't owe anyone anything, but I still did well on the test. And guess what, my close friends on the job who studied with me and have no clout and didn't have test answers did very well also. But I know, I'm full of it and the mayor fixed the test, right??!!

Next, the article in question talks about possible racial disparity in the test results. Well, we do not know if there is going to be a racial gap yet since the % breakdown is not ready. Plus, even if there is a racial disparity, the first thing we will hear is that the test was racist and biased. Not, did minorities bother to study as hard? Not, the same test was given to everyone and scored equally. Martin Luther King fought hard to end the "Separate but equal" campaign in this country, why are some people trying to bring it back and negate everything people like Dr. King fought for. There should be an uproar if minorities do not do well on the Sgt. test, an uproar to work harder at it the next time around. My family get-together's are like a United Nations gathering, and all of the ethnicities and cultures in my family see this the same way as I do. Work hard, study, educate yourself, don't blame others for your shortcomings, be a leader, always be the best person that you can be, then you will succeed. There are no limitations to what a person can do, as long as you put your mind to it, no matter what race or ethnicity one is.

We need merit spots as much as affirmative action. We as a society must make up for the wrongs of the past. The best way to do this it to provide minorities with assistance on such exams. Because we did not allow these groups to play with us on fair and level field in the past it is our duty to provide them with assistance, such as merit spots and extra points on tests, in order to get a fair representation of our city and society. Maybe in the future, when all past mistakes are corrected, we can do away with such policies. We have not evolved to that level as a society. In the meantime, let's work together to make all of us equal.

Can anyone give me a little advice on this?

Let's say I buy a box of comic books for $100 just before the end of the year. I then have the comic books "appraised" for thousands of dollars. Then I donate the books to some charity and take a tax deduction of thousands of dollars. Is this legit?

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that the guy who sold me the comic books to me also appraised them and then did my taxes for me.

I'm just curious because the IRS keeps calling.

"tell me a good copper who has about 20yrs on the job, a masters degree and teaches at the academy isn't qualified and/or can't finish in the top 10% of a promotional test...the fix is in don't fool yourself"

A masters degree doesn't necessarily make you intelligent. I have one too, and I'll admit, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. There are plenty of p.o.'s who've I've met along the way who were high school graduates who had a real grasp of the English lauguage and knew the art of writing reports. It helps though in conducting investigations and/or writing reports. But it doesn't make you any smarter, maybe just more cognizant of other possibilities or approaches when it comes to study habits or skills.

As far as you teaching at the academy, that in itself may be an accomplishment for you, but I'm not sure what it has to do with you doing well on a promotional exam. As far as I know, no one had to take a test to be qualified to teach at the academy. The academy is no different than any other unit. It has some very good instructors and some, well, lets say, their time has come and gone.

My advice is to study harder, or take a different approach on what it is you choose to study.

If you indeed have 20 years on the job, and a masters degree, that is an accomplishment that no one can take from you and you should feel proud. I'd start preparing for retirement and maybe think about teaching as a substitute teacher down the road.

As far as the fix being in, who ever said it was fair?

Most of us agree, the merit process is grossly unfair. But sad to say, I don't see it going away.

Hang in there.

Here is one for you guys and gals, the city now and I guess in the past has made all new candidates of promotions be it for dicks, sgt.'s and lt's sign a Shakman decree statement. Who the hell in their right mind would sign that if you are merit. That just allows the city to back away from you if you are merit when the good old Patrick Fitzgerald finds out that you are merit.

And I know some of you are going to say it's b.s. but it happens, how do I know because I signed it. I am not worried because I was made off the list but I would not want to sign it if I was not. They need to look into that for the merit promotions. How hard would it be to contest somebody's merit spot if they had no activity, that obviously would be a political appointee position.

And last but not least I just want everyone to be aware that out of all the units the most merit spots go to unit 189 and for a district the winner is the 10th district.

Who says HDO is dead and LAPA has no power better think again.

Lets be honest, testing doesn't work. At least not how it is presently designed. If a 5 year wonder hottie can score well and a 15 year worker does less than mediocre does it really mean that the hottie is qualified? If I respond well to the question(s) presented does this really that I am a qualified, paid my dues, been there done that potential supervisor!?!?! We need another system. This is Crook County and I don't expect anything different. For those that did well by applying themselves CONGRATULATIONS! For those that did not do well enough to make it but yet applied themselves, lifes a bitch! I do not lack intelligence, I have done much and taught many. Paid my dues in shit districts, done the job, I just don't seem to have the ability to get over this hump. It's a shame, I could have been a good supervisor, but apparently I do not have the qualifications that are wanted by this department. I look at those that are is supervisory positions and am amazed at the lack of knowledge or experience, yet they are a boss. Apparently this department does not require hands on knowledge. Good luck to all the P.O.'s that have to endure this, I give up.

Guys and Gals,
10 plus years in patrol and this is my 4th promotional exam and the first that I actually studied hard for and by hard I mean 2-3 hours per day for 6 months. I know that there are people who matched that and may not have done as well but lets not forget all the factors in taking the test and the most important in my opinion which is test day performance. You could have studied harder than anyone in the city but if you didn't perform on test day, maybe forget one important thing, that makes the difference of one point and maybe now you are out of it. Please give people who studied hard and performed well their due.

Off Topic:

I didn't hear about this before, but I'm really not shocked:

In February 2005, Obama bought about $5,000 worth of stock in AVI BioPharma, a drug company working to develop a medicine to treat avian flu victims, according to Senate disclosure statements cited by the New York Times.

Less than two weeks later, Sen. Obama began pushing for an increase in federal financing to fight avian flu, a move that eventually helped lead to the Senate’s approval of a $3.8 billion appropriation to fight the flu.

George Haywood, a major investor in AVI BioPharma, and his wife have contributed nearly $50,000 to Obama’s campaigns and his political action committee.

-It goes on. (Link below)

I scored in the top 300. I studied plain and simple. I don't know anybody and never will. I wanted a chance and the city gave it to me. Think about this, how many study groups were out there? You had the Roberts group which had about 700 people. You had Bernstein, how many people did he have? How many coppers who took those classes sold their material to their friends? The competition was very tough and you have some very hungry people out there. Think a second before you make comments. This dept has more crybabys than anything else.

That being said I'm not naive. If you are related to the right people I guarentee you were given the test questions and or answers. When you see bosses kids get promoted, the majority of them are by score. They couldn't be that good. Its almost statisically impossible. The fix is in for some of the promotions but, not all of them.

The working police (I do inlcude myself in this category) have it the hardest. How many of us were in disgust seeing desk dollys studying GO's while you were out on the street tyring to make a pinch or answering jobs. How many of us were working leads looking for somebody who was wanted or trying to get some info for a search warrant while the biggest dogs in the dist were parked studying on company time?

The only way to fix the promotional process is to keep the test but put minimums in for activity to be elligible for said promotion. Desk people need not apply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't expect the IRS to stop calling any time soon.

When you want to donate an item to charity, my suggestion would be to hire a certified Personal Property Appraiser (which I just happen to be)to prpare an appraisal report which will satisfy all of the elements they require when claiming a donation. When reading the scenerio you laid out, the first words that come to mind are "conflict of interest", but I think you already know that.

If you are a worker I hope you do make Sgt but don't go out and buy your white shirts just yet. I scored in the top 400 last test and thought for sure I would make it. Alas, I am still a blue shirt because of merit. If the Dept can find a way to screw a legit score out of a spot and put a Merit(CLOUT) person in they will.

The bitterness expressed by those of you who scored poorly just illustrates your lack of understanding. It took me three tests and 18 years to make Sgt. No I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box. Let me shed some illumination on being promoted. The rank of Lt. is attainable by anyone willing to put the time in and make the sacrifice. Mentality on my first test: If I make I make It, I'm smart and will outscore at least half of the population, afterall I'm hispanic, surely that will help, these tests aren't legit anyway. Picked up a general order now and then and perused them. Mentality at second test. I've got a lot of street experience, I'll read over the study material if I have free time. Read the material, retained none of it. I'll probably make it, the department needs to promote hispanics. Mentality the third time: I will make it this time, I have to, people I work with believe in me ,I can't let them down. This will be good for my pension, after all widows only get half. My kids need to go to college. Lived and breathed General orders for six months. Would lock myself up in a room to avoid distractions. Angered my family. Listened to audio tapes to and from work. Could recite Orders verbatim. Went and bought the current copies of Il. revised statues and Municipal code, and yes with my own money. Read and knew those books like a favorite movie. "You sleep under the very flag of freedom that I provide and then question the manner in which I provide it." Sorry, I was tangenting there. If you didn't make Sgt. it is "YOUR FAULT" you did something wrong. You need to examine your motivation, what's important to you, why its important to you. It has to be an all or nothing commitment. Take the special study groups, those who got the answers, those that are brilliant and those that are beautiful and erase all that crap from your mind. It's irrelevant. When you reach that point in your career in which you will settle for nothing less, you will easily score well. Don't let it take you eighteen years. All you have to do then, if your head will still fit in your car, is bend over and kiss your own ass.

2 If youre not wearing rose glasses, how'd you pass the drug screen?

In the late 60's I worked a one man car in the 002nd Dist. No portable radios, all young kids. We drove together in a group. The department called it the power watch, so did we. When one guy made a stop we all got out of our cars and assisted him. We had a ball. Nothing new about what TRU is doing. But be careful, once you give something a name the press gets a boner, and all eyes are on you. Been there done that.

I'm sorry not all of you did that great on the test, but please don't clump all of us that did into the category of cheaters, ect. I studied my ass off for that test. From the moment it was announced until the test days i was buried in G.O.'s. I skipped family parties, going out with my buddies, all kinds of things for the test. I wanted it so bad and i knew that in order to make it i would have to sacrafice a very lot now (for 6 months) but would have the rest of my career as a payoff for my hard work. I ended up doing pretty well, i'm probablly on the bubble, but at least i know that i studied as hard as i could and devoted as much time as i could to preparations for the test. I can't take it when i hear these guys at work bitching about how they didn't do well and "the fix" must be in but the whole time before the test i was going home studying and they were going out to the taverns. I'll bet 95% of the people bitching on here can not look themselves in the mirror and say that they tried as hard as they could for that test. Maybe next time you will if you want it bad enough like i did this time. Hope this didn't sound concieted, but just tired of people putting down the people that worked thier butts off and got good scores. For the most part we are hard working policemen, just like you, probablly not much smarter, but just wanted it more and worked harder for it this time.

I have to agree with this poster. I also noticed that Molloy has promoted a few of his female "hanger-on-ers" in the last year. I guess if your a female kiss ass, he was the guy to kiss and get promoted. He must be retiring soon because they usually don't promote their eye candy till they are ready to go. They want them around as much as possible to have females 1/2 their age tell them how sexy their old flabby bodies are. But even if I was a female, I couldn't "pretend" to like a guy twice my age and four times my body weight to get a bump up in pay. But the ones that do usually have been passed around more than a deck a cards at a casino black jack table.

To my friend who gave me advice about not buying my whtie shirt yet, don't worry I haven't. If you notice I said I scored in the top 300. I didn't say I would make SGT.

I don't have alot of confidence in this dept and absolutely none in this city. It is a fucking disgrace that somebody who scored in the top 400 on the last test didn't make Sgt. Meanwhile some total idiot merit piece of shit did. I know some decent people who are merit SGTs. That being said all merit promotions can fuck off!!!! Unless you were shot in the line of duty you are no better than the rest of us.

Like I said in my earlier post. The test should stay and merit should go. The next part of the equation that needs to be added is a minimum amount of activity to be elligible for any promotion. The amount of activity is to be determind by the dist or unit you work in. Obviously if you work in 011 your going to have better arrests than somebody from 020.

Now to bring in the monkey wrench to this idea. Its 3 letters "FOP". The flop would never allow there to be activity minimums for promotions. The FLOP protects the lazy and fucks the worker. I have seen time and time again useless people dumped from places like the airport for things like medical abuse, etc, etc. What does flop do. They file a grievance for somebody who got what they deserved. Flop wins and the clown gets back pay for OT who would have gotten. What OT would you have gotten the medical????

Remember ladies and gents. Our fraternal organization sticks it to us just like the city. We have to take it from both ends.

SCC I would love to see a post about our FOP. It is time for all of the board to go. We need fresh faces with fresh ideas. We need a modern union not stuck on the principles of old unions. The workers should have all the spoils and the useless should be lucky to get a check.

I hate to make this point AGAIN, but far more white males have been promoted meritoriously than any other group. Many will choose to believe otherwise, as is their right, but many white males have directly benefitted from meritorious promotions!
Coincidentally, I have talked with many of my black co-workers who have quietly informed me of their scores, and I can say that many that I know who studied for and took the exam have done extremely well on this new Sgt. test. I don't think the Mayor will have too many problems with regard to minority representation between the numbers 1 and say, 340. I can't say how well Latinos did as a group, as few that I know have volunteered any info regarding their test scores.

How about taking it seriously, removing the bluetooth from your ears, and studying the material you are given instead of laughing it off and just "showing up" on test day. You are owed nothing, you want it, work extra hard for it.

To 3/07/2007 09:42:00 AM, I know where you are going with this. To tell you the truth, she scored in the LAST 10% on the 3 previous tests she took, but scored, what did she make sure she told everyone, then turned around and acted like "how did you know what I got, ha ha, slurp slurp, let me get off my knees." The Psycho said she was 20, 27 and 30 on this one? She finally knelt down to the right boss and got in the "special" study group, and is on her way to being a crazy, evil, you know what Sergeant? What a joke. By the way, she does not teach recruits. They received so many complaints from the recruits regarding her (they even identified her as a psychotic lunatic with a pretty face) that they have forbid her from even trying to teach. She does nothing, really, nothing. The previous boss tried to get rid of her, but even the districts refused to take her after learning her history and Personnel made the Academy keep her because she could be a liability on the street.

I heard the department psyched her twice, once for harassing another boss who retired and his wife, and the other for harassing 2 sergeants, one Sgt. she was doing, the other Sgt. because he was then doing her and then he married that Sgt. She was pissed! Excellent choice by the way. His wife made psycho look like a very tanned Britany Spears shaved, oh wow, she even acts like Britany, oh my, maybe she is, NOT!

Well maybe this is just affirmative action at it's best. Districts beware, the nut will soon be on her way, or maybe that was one of her creative stories also, really hoping to make it meritoriously.

I have a idea in regards to the racial divide, the city is allowed 30 % based on merit. Well since we know only approx. 1% actually deserve the promotion based on merit and the other 29% are political hacks, kiss ass's and boss's fu@k toys. here is my plan: allow the 1% based on merit to remain, the 70 % based on ranking/score to remain and the following 29 % be made based off there ranking/score and by minority status. this way you will get the better qualfied minority rather than any old smuck minority who passed the test. I believe this will be the fair way.

I'd Like to propose a solution at stemming the downward trend of moral at least as it relates to merit promotions. Perhaps it would turn things around a bit. Contemplate this lunacy for a moment. If you hang out at fax machines as I do you've no doubt seen the the merit nomination announcements that indicate how many spots each particular unit is allocated. For the moment we have 25 districts. Special units will remain unchanged. 25 is too large a number for the Department to buy into this. What if we took those districts that years ago the Dept. offered a bonus for working in and actually provided an incentive to work there. This is the incentive, remember I'm a lunatic, a merit dick or Sgt. is actually chosen by his/her peers by vote. Could easily be incorporated into watch selection time. Of couse the candidate must be on the eligibility list and probably some concession would have to be made to management to eliminate and safeguard choosing some softball. But after the parameters are in place, the vote stands, and we help one of our own. This shouldn't be a numbers contest, a good candidate will undoubtedly not be a dogass. The individual with the most votes should exibit the qualities pertinent to the position. You can't vote for yourself and watches would have to take turns. No management votes. I'm openning another beer now.

To the clown who said white males have been the majority of merit promotions. You do not have a clue. I am an elected FOP Trustee. We see all the merit choices (Det & Sgt). We have a master list for the whole test at the FOP. The list is to make sure nobody gets passed over. I can't comment any further on what the FOP Board knows. One Sgt class not to far back had only 1 white male as merit. The rest were minorities. There were over 15 merits in the class. I think even the dumbest of the dumb can do the math. This is the norm for all promotions to Sgt. Less than 20% of all merit promotions for Sgt are white males. White males make up alot more than 20% of the dept.

Simply,

Do we want good sergeants or good test takers?

I would rather see the hard-working 15 year plus copper with the merit promotion than the 6 year "test taker".

At least the hard worker can make a decision and execute it.

To those that "study so hard" lets see your answers. Most of the honor roll testers cannot remember their answers which proves they studied to take a test instead of demonstrating any management/leadership qualities.

The system is flawed so lets examine it.

Harold Washington ended the "business as usual" system and as a result our department has only benefited with more minorities in management.

Funny how once you score well on the exam, it now becomes legit. Regardless of your race or gender, all you can ask for is a simple straight forward promotional exam, One that rewards hard work (studying and experience) not clout and racial tampering. This can only happen by eliminating meritorious promotions and essay type exam questions were there is a so called better and best answer. The exam should be straight forward with a right or wrong answer for each question. Eliminate this opportunity to stack the exam results and let the best man/woman win.

If your a female and want a promotion, just sit on Molloy's lap, laugh at his silly jokes, tell him how good he looks at 300 pounds, drink a lot of alcoholic drinks with him and BINGO! You got your promotion out of the Patrol Division into the big Detective Division! Look at the litle gals that he promoted recently who were catering to his needs!

I am in that 2% that scored well. I am an asian who scored under 100. But it sucks that I am considered a minority by the whites but am not considered a minority by the other minorities! WTF??!?!?!

3/08/2007 05:48:00 PM, that is an easy guess, Y.W.? She's kinda old now isn't she to be still chasing bosses. As far as I know, after R. could not get rid of her, no boss would touch her, not to mention we have no more bosses left that had not, well you know. Gee, the miles. Maybe I should braid my hair too, attack everyone that could be a threat for really seeing me for who I am, screw over any mid level boss who may not fall for my smile/b.s. and threaten sexual harassment, and maybe that will get me into the group.

Future bosses to be, pay attention to these comments and learn. I'm sure our department has 100's of this kind looking for a sucker.

I hear that Irish idiot still has a task force dedicated to finding the link between Matt Hale and the Lefkow murders. Super detective!

"tell me a good copper who has about 20yrs on the job, a masters degree and teaches at the academy isn't qualified and/or can't finish in the top 10% of a promotional test...the fix is in don't fool yourself.....take notice how many females w/less than 5 yrs on job did well ?"

of all the POs at the academy who took the test the 3 who placed in the top 50 were f-1s, who don't even teach (one works the desk the other is in testing the third no one knows what she does). One (with the unknown job)is a family friend of Dana. The next 2 higher scores were TARA guys m-2s. the rest of the POs at the academy placed in the 1000s.

I think MOLLOY was directly responsible for merit promotions for S.R. / A.S. / K.M. to detective. Nothing like failing the test but passing the venus butterfly exam. Just learn to giggle a lot, bat your eyes and wear a thong under your tight uniform pants so no panty lines show.

J.F. in intelligence, your chin looks a lot like Mauer's balls, you fucking high pitched talking estrogen abusing pussy, never worked a day in your ass licking life. The only reason I don't give my name is because you might call you mommy and get me dumped from my nice EARNED spot, which you know nothing about, bustnut.

I don't have clout and made it on the last test. I scored in the low 200's and because of merit it took over 3 years to get to my number. How ridiculous!!

The one you have no idea what she does is Yvette, lets just put it out there since people on the website keeps referencing her but have not said her name. Whats with the initials Y.W., she has a name.

She is not a family friend of 1st Deputy Dana Starks like she tries to portray. I happened to meet a very cute family member of hers who spilled the beans. Just ask anyone in her stepmother's family. You will not beleive that girls mental history. It will be exposed really really soon. That is her ploy to keep people thinking she has clout. Anyone with real clout or someone at that level's support, does not have to let everyone in ear shot know. She has now gotten too old to try to use her looks and body to get her anywhere as she has over the years, though her knees worked pretty well in getting her into the "special" group. Study the answers and you will pass! She has been at the end of the list for Sergeant and Detective for the last what, three tests! FOP gets the rank order list. If you know anyone there, ask them. Not bright at all.

Remember, over 40 + no kids + no man ever at a home for more than 3 hours + a pretty face = a crazy nut case to a normal man. Screw it then loose it.

Why are they afraid, because she is methodical and very patient when she directs her attention to attack, sounds like a viscous animal or a serial killer doesn't it? She has set up so many Sergeants and Lieutenants in that building. She has been moved to every single unit in the Academy. She is the only P.O. that noone wants anywhere near them. Tobias had to make Lieutenant Engstrom take her. She has already began plotting for those who dare to defy and question her in that unit. You will see.

The truth is the Academy is afraid of a law suit because she is so manipulative and talks like a sane person, when she is a nut case. An allegation alone can change someone's life. Ask the guy she claimed took advantage of her in college when she got pissed because he chose her friend and told her what she was, a piece of, well you know what I mean.

got an idea!! Let's give all the wanna be exempts and "merit" candidates a lie-test to make sure they actually have done something (got shot, etc.) to deserve a merit bump,

You're kidding me, right? When was the last copper that was shot promoted from merit? Without waiting years and have no previous clout? Does'nt happen.
