Tuesday, hundreds, if not thousands of law breakers will be marching downtown in an attempt to bully the law abiding citizenry, law enforcement and the political powers into giving them all sorts of stuff - amnesty, driver's licenses, free health care, free schooling, etc.
And nothing will be done about it.
The media (the Sun Times in particular) attempts to blur the lines between people who live by the law and those who chose to ignore it by publishing a liberal guilt-ridden piece about a family whose matriarch will probably die of terminal colon cancer if she stops getting treatment at an unnamed university hospital. The article takes pains to note that the family has worked out a payment plan with the hospital, but that is unique - most illegals don't even bother to make the effort and that's where the largest problems lie.

I find it extremely disturbing that these people have the nerve to get on TV and complain how deportation seperates families. Not families that are here legally.

a mother who is here not of legal status may pass away ? not to sound cold, but, we all pay alot of $$$ for health insurance. if i don't pay the co-pay for a hospital visit, my account gets sent out to a collection agency, yet she gets FREE medical attention ? i've been to benefit parties for coppers with sick family members whose lifetime benefit has run out. it sucks that we have to do this when the liberals are giving away FREE medical attention to people here in violation of the law. BULLSHIT !!!!!
Didnt they come here knowing they're breaking the law? They had to sneak into this country so they know its illegal to be here. Then decide to have families here. So if you have a family; one of them commits a crime and goes to prison for 20 years; isnt that breaking up families also? So lets stop inforcing all laws that break up families. even though the practice is frowned upon and we are not supposed to do it, everytime i lock up an illegal i forward the arrest and case report to customs and i.c.e. notify them that a possible illegal is in our lock up. if they look into it they will find that they are illegal. this way i am not doing anything wrong by checking on status. trust me, it wont hurt to fax your report to them, they will do the rest of the leg work for you. so far this week customs has requested holds on a few of the arrestees in which i have faxed to them... just doin my part.

Like most of us who are just a few generations from the ancestors that emigrated here legally, I am third generation born in the greatest country on God's green earth. I have no doubt or question why millions of people come here each year to escape the oppressed and hopeless lives that the unfortunate endure in other countries.
This current state of liberal pacifism is perfectly reflected in the thought that if one screams loud enough, they can get what they want. The apparentness of the hypocrisy is staggering, however, no one does anything. The liberal ideology of tolerance and pacifism has made everyone all but blind to the dangers that will lead to the destruction of our country.
Perhaps that's the point... liberal doctrine demands that if we are successful we should feel guilty. And if we have more than others, what we have should be taken and given to the less fortunate. And the less fortunate need not support themselves, for they have the government. We should all just lay down and let the poorest, least educated, criminally intrinsic people walk right in.
I am addressing the liberals out there who read this blog, using it as a daily affirmation that you are righteous, and we are bigots:
You smirk at these comments, blinded by your own self-loathing hatred, that you can't see when this country is overrun with miscreants and terrorists, the liberals are the first they will attack. What you don't understand is that tolerance is not a value, and pacifism is not a virtue, they are signs of weakness. A weakness that our enemies see from within and abroad. When there is more of one thing and it is easy to get, that thing is being watered down. Being "American" is being watered down. It used to be difficlut to get here. Now anyone that can run across the border is "American". Supply and demand dictates that when there is more of one thing, it's value drops. So is being "American".

They had a phone survey on FOX 32 news last night asking if you believe that people who are here illegally should have a path to citizenship. In 1917 a young man came here from Poland, he brought with him a young daughter and a willingness to do his best. In his native land communism was taking over and since his father worked for the Czar of Russia they were forced to flee their home. Coming to America he was told that he could become a citizen if he joined the Army and fought in the War to End All Wars. So this young man found a woman to care for his child and joined the Army. He went through bootcamp and then was shipped off back to where he came to fight in WW-I. He survived the war and returned home. He learned fluent English and was granted his citizenship. He married and had several other children who grew up in a home where they were taught to speak English and told that they were Americans. His son was killed at the onset of WW-II, his daughters have all passed on now but they were all very successful and happily married. None of his descendants can speak a lick of Polish even though they enjoy a good polka now and then and eat kielbasa on a regular basis. It isn't that hard to become a citizen of this country if you have a desire to do so. If you love this country and want to be a productive part of society you will find a way and a means of becoming a citizen. If you don't have that desire you will drive around on your forged immigration papers, flying a flag other than the "stars and stripes" out the window, criticizing the very country that is affording you comfort and freedom. I say if you don't love this country....LEAVE NOW!!!! If you do then do like my great-grandfather did and do whatever it takes to become a full fledged, productive part of AMERICAN society.

SCC Most officers and the citizens of Chicago are not aware that you do not have to be an American citizen to be a Chicago Police officer, Mayor Daley change it about 15 years ago to allow a friends son to become the police. We have at the very lease 300 non citizens on this dept wearing a firearm yet does not have to honor the constitution.

I saw on the news today that a Cook County Commissioner is going to propose a new "free" zone for the illegals. As a tax-paying citizen in the County of Cook, I find it amazing that the board can boldly make these decisions without asking the citizens of this county how/what they think.

The U.S. government should seize all businesses using illegal immigrants. That would end the problem. We could also end welfare because the jobs would be there. If you don't work you don't receive compensation.

A lady wrote the best letter in the Editorials in ages! It explains
things better than all the baloney you hear on TV.
Recently large demonstrations have taken place across the country
protesting the fact that Congress is finally addressing the issue of illegal
immigration. Certain people are angry that the US might protect its own
borders, might make it harder to sneak into this country and, once here, to
stay indefinitely. Let me see if I correctly understand the thinking behind
these protests.
Let's say I break into your house. Let's say that when you discover me
in your house, you insist that I leave. But I say, "I've made all the beds
and washed the dishes and did the laundry and swept the floors; I've done
all the things you don't like to do. I'm hardworking and honest (except for
when I broke into your house).
According to the protesters, not only must you let me stay, you must add
me to your family's insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide other
benefits to me and to my family (my husband will do your yard work because
he, too, is hardworking and honest, except for that breaking in part).
If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends
who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my right to be
there. It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do,
and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm hardworking and honest, um,
except for well, you know.
And what a deal it is for me! I live in your house, contributing only a
fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it
without being accused of selfishness, prejudice and being an
anti-housebreaker. Oh yeah, and I want you to learn my language so you can
communicate with me.
Why can't people see how ridiculous this is?! Only in America .... If
you agree, pass it on (in English). Share it if you see the value of it as
a good smile. If not blow it off along with your future Social Security
funds.

ast time i checked, you don't have to be a citizen to own land in this country. the same does not fly in mexico. try buying a piece of property there without being a citizen. you might be able to keep it, but most likely their state will seize it from you.

Not true. They're thousands of Americans living in Mexico. They have real estate companies that cater to Americans who want to live abroad. If a state seizes the property it's because some unscrupulous agent sold you property that was deeded to someone else. Hire an attorney before you buy.

Fox 32's top 3 stories tonight at 9:00pm were all anti-police "as usual". 1st story. woman suing the city and county cops for brutality from an incident that happend in August of last year. Fucking drunk bitch. She never filed a report against police, never filed a complaint against police. The first time the Chicago Police Dept or Cook County Sheriffs heard about this is with a lawsuit served today. This dumbass was drunk, reakn' of alcohol, walks out in the middle of the street (j-walkn) staggern' right infront of an unmarked cook county car. they stop nearly hittn her, she's being a bitch, cpd shows up. she calls everybody racists names and swings on officers. she's taken down to the hard pavement (oh well) and she sustained injuries to her face from the concrete during the arrest. GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK!

OK here is what we should do to make money from the city. Since the corn vendors do not have to have any type of license, sanitation or business license. What a English Speaking American should do is make a hot dog cart and sell hot dogs, next to a corn vendor in a park. Have someone call 911 and report the hot dog vendor who does not have anytype of license like the corn vendor. Once you get the ANOV from the nice officer, go get yourself a lawyer and put a reverse discrimination lawsuit against the city of Corruption (CHicago) If it is OK for an illegal to not have a license...why is it not OK for a white person not to have a license??
As for that ugly wench holed up in that church, the federal government should take away the tax exemption status for interfearing with the federal laws. For each day that she is there, over a year now. Let's see this church financially survive.

Europes toilet, as you put it, has a great economy goiong right now, it's called the celtic tiger, alot of tech related jobs, good jobs in general over there now, they really haven't been coming here in any kind of numbers for more than 15 yrs. and when they did they did so legally, when their visas were up they had to leave. When they came to this country in the 1800's to Ellis island, they had to be healthy, be sponsored by someone they would be living with, have a job lined up, and not be a criminal, other wise they were on the next boat back, same with the rest of the immigrants back them, there where standards then, they beacme citizens, received no handouts, welfare etc, and became great americans, NOW it's only about what they can get for free, not worried about our history or customs, fly their own flag before ours, don't learn the language, etc. etc.etc. I could go on and on. Legal immigration, not illegal....
I heard some Canadian waxing eloquent about how we are supposed to allow all these workers here because they have just as much right to a job as a US Citizen. Excuse me, but you ain't supposed to be here at all if you're not legal, since when does your being here give you the same rights as a US Citizen? We need to stop Mexico's exportation of their poor to the US. We allow more LEGAL IMMIGRATION to the USofA than all of the other countries in the world COMBINED. We can't have 50 million illegal aliens from Mexico, central and south america and China and expect them to assimilate. These people aren't even screened for criminal records or given a health examination. Has anyone heard that many of these salt of the earth people have a high incidence of hepatitus? How about tuberculosis? The US now has leprosy again. All these third world maladies that people bring with them and we are supposed to provide medical treatment for them. Hey, if I had one of those illnesses, I'd skate accross the border if I could, also. But we shouldn't allow it. I just have to laugh, many won't even learn English and our jails are full of these people that "add so much to our culture". Illegal immigration "doesn't cost the US anything?" How much for a jail cell? How much for the emergency room? Multiple DUI arrests, multiple Domestic Battery arrests and numerous abuse arrests of a violent nature and sometimes of a sexual nature. Now granted, I'm looking from a different angle than our liberal friends do, but some of these folks just ain't no bargain for our society. We need to have legal immigration and control it so our society won't collapse on itself. God forbid you say it outloud, then you are a racist and a zenophobe.

Ireland is doing very well, strange taxes, nil on food, large on electronics. What they have had to do is import workers, mostly Polish to fill in the gaps.

Some time ago, we had a guy in our district who became a citizen. We threw a party (we will use any excuse to have a party) and gave him a U.S. flag and a t-shirt that featured a cartoon of Snoopy as sunglasses wearing "Joe Cool". The caption read "Congratulations Joe Citizen."
Daley will kiss the ass of any group that can muster a crowd of 150,000. If Al Quida held a rally with that many he would be out there bowing toward Mecca.
The best we can do is maybe 3,000 for the St. Jude March and he won't show up for that because it is on a Sunday and that's his "family time."
