Is that drunk Radke there getting more awards for fronting for SOS? Leadership awards what a fucking joke. I got shot by a bad guy and had to beg for the Blue Star and got nothing more, including not promoted.

This job and the "Merit Process" are you listening Jerry Masterson? Are a fucking joke. Hmm must have been one of JR's or MC's guys.

Always remember what happens in the dark will come out in the light. I have a safety deposit box where I have been keeping a list of the merit promotions and their qualifications, are you listening Kenny Bodreau, what a fucking joke.

Anyways congratulations to the top cops you guys earned it! At least we all know that is true.

It's my first time here and it's been pretty cool. The flag presentation to the family of Don Marquez was very touching and the honor guard did good (though finishing out of the money). Tonight there was a gathering of pipe bands, a parade of sorts with antique police cars and the like. They marched about 6 blocks, playing as they went, and went to the memorial site. Then there were some speeches by some dignitaries, mostly City Police Chiefs, then more bagpipe music, and a walk over to an Irish pub with some pipe music and drumming out in front, and the consumption of copious amounts of beverages. It was a good night, police unity at it's finest, with a temporary moratorium on all of the bullshit problems in our profession. Just Police being here for the families of the fallen. Makes me proud to be the Police.....One point though, no representation by either of our pipe bands. Too bad, they really missed one here!

Fuck you, why should I fund their way? I fund my own way so can they, they don't seem to have a problem funding their way to Cleveland. Go blow smoke up someone elses ass, I know alot of them, they would rather go to Cleveland and party, period.

It was a general comment nothing more. It would have been nice to have some representation. If the bands from here can't or do not want to go, that's cool. I just meant that it would have been nice to seee them there. So go fuck yourself.

Yes, it would have been nice to have them there, remember, we are there to honor the fallen, they choose to go to the big party in Cleveland instead, their choice. It seems like fucked up priorities to me. So go fuck yourself.... and stay safe while doing so......lol

That's enough boys, I can settle this right now. There was representation by the PDCPD, obviously someone wasn't looking very hard. Kinda hard to miss a guy in a blue kilt wearing a Chicago police jacket carrying a large blue drum along with two other guys dressed in similar fashion. As far as the whole band going, I wish we could but the cost is steep and we are all working coppers. Though, I would highly recommend that everyone go once in their careers. So hope this settles your little tiff...neither one of you have to go fuck yourselves now, unless that's how you get your jollies. Personally, I like wearing a kilt and getting....well we will leave it at the kilt wearing part. What happened in D.C. stays in D.C.

P.S. I didn't go to Cleveland, had to get back to the wife and kids. Besides Eric's name didn't go on the wall in Cleveland, it went on in D.C. and Springfield and I was there playing for both. Hopefully I will never have to do it again.

There is no better group of people in the world than Chicago Police Officers.

Thats all I've got to say about that.

I think of the Real Police as my brothers. I found this quote. It says a lot:

"One can be a brother only in something. Where there is no tie that binds men, men are not united but merely lined up."

Don't just line up.

Stay safe, brothers.
