New Policy in Effect
Hi everybody! Monique Bonds here. SCC has kindly allowed me to post here for a minute since we all know that no one actually reads that "official" half-baked site - Hi Pat! Nice tan!
The Department would just like to announce that in an effort to head off claims of racism, profiling and officers not being reflective of the community in which they patrol, only officers who match the race of a given offender will be allowed to shoot said offenders - everyone else must retreat in the face of confrontation until an appropriately matching officer becomes available. Same goes for traffic stops, domestic situations, and report taking. In the case of 311, callers will be given a preference of which race of operator they wish to speak with, though in some cases, calls will be routed to an overflow center in India.

Ok..shhhhh...I heard the reason supervisors are driving the suv's is because of new crowd control directives that are soon to be released. Supervisors will soon be carrying multiple cases, department authorized and tested, Hershey Kisses. Yep, upon notification of a large crowd gathering, each supervisor will immediately transport this new weapon to the scene after which officers will be instructed to launch them at the crowd.
I also heard that seeing that we lead Intercourse,Pennslyvania located in Leacock County,Lancaster Township,(a real town by the way),in law enforcement technology, we will be converting our command van into a "command chapel". Yep..besides having the required CDL, officers assigned to this secret weapon will be required to be a certified Reverend,(and the department will be checking your credentials on this so no cheating).
We will soon be replacing those silly hurtful Tasers with..super duper,super soaker,double barrel,single action, water guns. Really, they're working on the order as we speak.

For the second straight year, Sun-Times columnist Mary Mitchell has won a prestigious National Association of Black Journalists "Salute to Excellence" award.
This just in..
Upon notification of large hostile crowds gathering on the street,sidewalks or local neighborhood Dollar Stores, the Command Chapel will be deployed to the scene. Upon arrival, officers,(Reverends)will be instructed to after saying, "put down your weapons, pretty please", hold hands with all persons assembled and begin to say a novena. Officers will also use the vehicle's public address system to play Gregorian chants as well as Catholic top ten favorites including "Shepard Me Oh God" and "Amazing Grace". If not on the scene already, the Command Chapel will be equipped with life size blow up dolls of local ministers to calm tensions and add peace and serenity to the area.
Also, officers assigned to the Command Chapel will be required to wear Department authorized cassocks,pink in color, with no, extra pockets or flashlight holders. Inspectors will be checking your cassock for strict adherence to this directive.
Watch Commanders will record this new initiative by getting an event number for an "SN" (spontaneous novena)mission.
I can't wait to hear Monique commenting about the new police scandals coming to light shortly.

I hate to say it but this I think it really is time for an outsider to take over.Possibly the single greatest enema the Chicago machine had ever seen was named Patrick Fitzgerald.This was a man who owed no favors to this city.How great would that be to see someone come in and chop the underutilized manpower from the "Ebony/Ivory Tower at 35th Str by 40% and send them back to the Dist's.How great would it be to see someone come in disband USELESS units..aka A3 GUNTEAM.The 1st step to gaining control over the out of control Dist's would simply be to properly staff them.The purge of manpower from HQ would actually free up an enourmous amount,and I mean an ENOURMOUS amount of people of color,race and cread to be deployed to Dist's of their special abilities ,like being able to discern what in God's name "He be jumpin' on me" actually means. Here's an interesting story......I called 311 back in June. Seems the new neihbors on the corner like to have their friends over. Now that in its self is no big deal but except when they drink all night and speak russian to each other screaming as if they are seated across a stadium from eachother. Mind you this is at 1 or 1:30 in the morning.
Anyway these guys are some kind of construction workers and have their work vans parked all around the neighborhood. The guys seems to have told all his buddies that they can drive over in the morning, park their personal cars anywhere they please and pick up their work vans and go to work for the day. Then at night they come back and park their vans all around for the night and do it all over again the next day.
Now I know this seems like a long story but here's where it gets good. I called 311 because I didn't know exactly who to call, it isn't an emergency so I didn't want to tie up the 911 center. So they transfered me over to the police side and I explained my delema. The call taker was black and I am white. I live in 16 also. Anyway during our conversation I happened to mention that "I didn't want those people to think they can take over the neighborhood". I meant the Russian on the corner. She suddenly got in a huff and said that I had made a racist statement and that I should watch what I say because the conversation was being taped and that I could be in some real trouble. I let her know how I felt about that and that when the tape was reviewed it would prove I said nothing of the kind. It all ended with my saying I should just called the Alderman anyway and she said I was riht and hung up the phone on me.
Was this right? It seems that the call takers are taking it upon themselves to decide what is important and what is not. I should have gotten her name and talked to a supervisor instead.

This is goofy. We haven't had much in the way of race wars for a while. Now with this Interim Superintendent ALL we are being exposed to is race crap. Very few of the rank and file really give a crap about race. If you're breaking the law it doesn't matter what color you are.
Between the last Superintendent making a name for himself off of our backs and the replacement Interim guy working against the reality that there is NO race war involving the police and the community. Why is he creating one? For his own agenda? Between these two, they are like twins and I for one feel pretty pimped and am sick of being pimped. What about you guys?
I'm disgusted with this. I can only hope Daley puts someone in who can change things. There are a few good men on this Department who can lead us out of this crap. We already know who one of them is.

Why is it that most all Supervisors above Sgt. on this job are Porkers? What does this say to the public when they are on T.V. being interviewed? I have a 60 inch t.v and it still wouldn't display Cline completely.

The vans are always parked around 6617, 6625 w. Foster also around the corner by 6625 west Foster. They come by in the morning to pick up the vans and drop them off at the end of the day. During the day they leave their cars all over too. In fact since it's going to rain today they knocked off early for the day and parked back on Foster. The neighborhood would really appreciate any help you guys can give us. Thanks.

well if 812 is making arrest DAILY then maybe the commander needs to make a 812a. like bt 1622 on afternoons because of the traffic and the expressway they have a 1622n (north) and a 1622s (south) which means what car is on what side of the expressway.

Those pollakos in 016 are over the place parking their constructions vans. If you see a white construction van in the early am in 016, guaranteed it's Stosh. If you are male, once you come here from Poland that automatically makes you a contruction worker...didn't you know that???
