It Don't Mean a Thing
...without that ring.
We were rooting for the Patriots actually - mostly because we were hoping everyone would stop talking about the 1972 Dolphins for the next few years. And until the last two minutes, we felt pretty confident that they'd make it.
As it is, we ended up losing two hundreddollars um...matchsticks. Yeah, matchsticks. Two hundred very expensive matchsticks.
We wouldn't want J-Fed to think that we have a gambling problem.

Thanks Dale and J.C,
Gambling? who do you think you are kidding. Those foot ball pools, as harmless as they appear, is gambling.
Kind of on topic.
Did anybody see Ch32 news tonite?
Guess what? The Elk Grove Fire Dept. has members that run betting pools!! Supervisors knew about it and got in on the pools too!!!!
And they do it on company time!! Using city Xerox machines and fax machines. Using ambulances and fire vehicles to deliver winnings to Alexian Hospital (when they have a run there anyways)
Who gives a shit? Tell me that Ch32 (and the other stations) don't run pools during NCAA, Football season and the World Series.
I hope the members of that Dept figure out who the rat was on camera (wearing a hoodie and having a digitized voice)
Once again, who gives a shit?
Besides, my numbers in my unit's pool sucked ass, didn't get nothing.
Damn if I have to see one more second of all those old men from the 72 Dolphins. On the good side, I won the under and the Giants covering. Woot!
Damn the 72 Dolphins, I just threw up in my mouth listening to the audio of Mercury Morris talking about their damn season 35+ years ago....Get over yourself already!!
Despite your incendiary losses, there was a Southside Chicago kid who has worked hard, made Eli look good, and earned that ring with the New York football Giants. Br. Rice and UIUC grad. Dave Diehl.
My pronostication was the underdog Giants but I lacked the $$$$ to actually put it up. Too bad. I could have improved my bottom line.
NOW, let's commit to the Indian!!!!!!!!!
congratulations to big Dave Diehl Br. Rice Grad class of 1998, friend of a lot of coppers and super bowl champ
SEISER SAYS: GO GREEN BAY PACKERS, THE BACK WILL BE BACK.
let the manning dynasty begin. slightly off topic but i would pay money to see alvarez, suffredin, milan, and brookins slug it out in a wwf type cage match. alvarez would likely win-- i would vote for her if she would stop slamming police on tv.
