The liberals are spreading "it". They want us sick so we blow off voting in November. Hopefully they f**ked up, and spread it too soon!
Putting Your Affairs In Order...
A woman went to her doctor.
The doctor, after an examination, sighed and said, "I've some bad news. You have cancer, and you'd best put your affairs in order."
The woman was shocked, but managed to compose herself and walk into the waiting
room where her daughter had been waiting.
"Well daughter, we women celebrate when things are good, and we celebrate when things
don't go so well.
In this case, things aren't well. I have cancer. Let's head to the club and have a martini."
After 3 or 4 martinis, the two were feeling a little less somber.
There were some laughs and more martinis.
They were eventually approached by some of the woman's old friends, who were curious as to what the two were celebrating.
The woman told her friends they were drinking to her impending end.
"I've been diagnosed with AIDS."
The friends were aghast and gave the woman their condolences.
After the friends left, the woman's daughter leaned over and whispered, "Momma, I thought you said you were dying of cancer, and you just told your friends you
were dying of AIDS."
The woman said, "I don't want any of those b*tches sleeping with your father after I'm gone."

I feel your pain. I have it, gave it to my wife. She gave it to her parents. This sucks.

Any info about promotions for dics, Sgt.s, or Lt.s? Dates?
For those that work 011 on midnights. Are you guys specifically told not to do any work? Every time USM 011 no one is down on any sort of stops or anything. However, 015 half the district is down on a narc or hoe arrest.
And I'm honestly surprised you all are never in raps, considering how many shootings and shit there is. When you bring up South Side districts half of them are in raps.

Because we work in filthy conditions. Our water saver sinks allow you to wash your hands for 5seconds (maybe). No ventillation in processing rooms, no sanitizer anywhere and last but not least ....... all the sick homeless just lying all over the place all day and night. Common sense GO WITH DHS OR YOUR OUT.

Hit the medical for about 6 weeks! Don't feel like you're going to miss anything while you're gone. If I can figure out how to go IOD for "the sniffles", I would! I've seen enough go on IOD for hurting their pride, I figure its my time!
i too ended up sick,,used some my own days so i would'nt hit the med (like a fool) and sure enough had to hit the med. don't come back till 100% better it last days and even weeks!!!! get well soon

Maybe becuase we handle the jobs and clear right away instead of dogging it for hours. Why don't you look at the time it takes the cars to handle the job and clear or, even better worry bout your own district. We also don't waste time on one baggers We leave that for tru.
Re: G. Vega. How ironic that when a department store, bank, gas station, currency exchange, CTA platform, liquor store, restaurant etc. has a surveillance recording that we need for felony charges, no one is available until 2019 who can get us a copy. But when the police slap a criminal (which in a time when common sense had some pull was not only non-criminal, but good policing) the video is available immmediately.
What's with questioning 011 mid-nights? Has always been known as a working district, and one of the "BEST" watches way back before Captain John Dahlberg in the mid 90's and were bosses. Actually, what had happened was someone told them to their amazement, that their paycheck stayed the same, even as their work("narc" and "hoe" arrests as you refer to them as) declined. On top of that, the headaches of CR#s and lawsuits also declined. That being said, many have conceded that the days of being the real police are over. Even though you are a jackass, I'll always have your back brother. Stay safe, and mind your own damn business man!

yes, just heard from good source at 35th street. Sometime this year, they will promote sgt's, LTS and Dic's. Don't know when but this year there will be promtions. Hang in there and read this daily for update news. In the meantime, get a life.
