Rumor JFED and Mayo are possibly going to ask Blago for help on the weekends. Not just SWAT, copters flying around, all tact and gang teams flooding certain parts of the city. They have talked about telling Blago to send the National Guard!!!! Chicago has become one of the most violent places in the civilized world. Daley wants the Olympics and wants to show that he will make this city safe with all resources. #1 - Give the police a contract on time and a decent one, not table scraps
#2 - Uncuff the officers hands and actually let them do police work
#3 - Fix the Cook County Judicial system (I can write about this topic for days but the workers know what I'm talking about)
#4 - Praise and reward the hard workers that go above and beyond just answering jobs for the great job they do, don't fuck them in the ass for being proactive.
#5 - Hire about 4,000 police officers to bring this city to the number of cops that we need. (stop hiring dog ass lazy poleeze)

Those guys party real hard,come across large sums of currency to purchase big quantities,and they love making money as well. They are using straw buyers, mostly relatives and younger gangsters with no criminal records. Google "Guns, pipeline, Delta, Chicago" and read the Tribune article from 4 years ago outlining exactly how the gangs get drugs. The professor's opinion have little merit on what is driving street violence in Chicago.
Here's my take on it.
As I posted, ask any DEA or HIDTA officer where most of their targets come from and it's unanimous: Mexico.
The only way an arrestee gets into a gang data base is if he/she are a self admitted gang member. Then their gang affiliation is documented.
If a gang member gets arrested on a street corner more than likely some one else from the same gang will take his place.
The shooting starts when a rival tries to fill that narcotics spot. If that happens it turns out to be a situation of "an eye for eye", a retalitory shooting.
The guns don't kill people do. It is not a gun problem!
This is how in my opinion the cycle of violence starts:
If people can not be responsible to raise their children or have th means don't have sex, the "state" should make them sterile!
Give them a $5000.00 dollar bonus for having the surgery. Case in point if those children are not taught morals/values they turn to the streets and become societies problem.
What is the cost to house a gang member for delivery of a controlled substance? The cost is approximately $35,000.00 per year. Incarceration for three years totals $105,000.00.
I'd rather pay the $5000.00 up front then rather the back end.
Mr. Daley taking away guns won't work the gangs have no morals, values, no real consequences for their actions.

This is an interestiing proposition. Most European police carry machine guns, there is no due process, you can be arrested and detained for long periods with no charges filed. Most European Governments keep extensive files on enemies of the State, you know,agitators like Barak Obama, Rev Wright, Al Sharpton. There is no right to privacy or unreasonable search and seizure protections. There is no tort law like we have, it's almost impossible to successfully sue, and it's loser pays.
