Those Damn Germans
Trust the Germans to screw up a perfectly good "scientific" model:
- Global warming will be "put on hold" over the next decade because of natural climate variations, scientists claim.
A study of sea temperature changes predicts a lull as traditional climate cycles cancel out the heating effect of greenhouse gases from pollution.
The findings suggest the official models used to predict short-term global warming patterns are too crude.
You got that? No global warming for 10 years because of "natural climate variations." Can't they just admit that no one knows how the weather systems work, the 1990's weren't that warm compared to the entire history of human events, carbon dioxide levels were way higher in the centuries proceeding the invention of the combustion engine and when we were in grade school, everyone was worried about global cooling?

Does Fat Albert Gore have to give back his Noble Prize - or - does he get another award for solving the global warming problem which he helped create through bullshit and lying.
Hey SCC,
Any idea on whether or not I may be inadvertantly contributing to this "global warming" phenomenon every time I lift a cheek and release a nice, two-foot air-biscuit? I'd really hate to be responsible, even in a minor capacity, for contributing to the rise of gasses leading to the untimely demise of the ozone layer. The bitter irony in this inquiry is that more often than not, these farts are dispersed while operating my German-made Mercedes Benz. Your thoughts/ feelings on this matter please.

Just stop it. If you want to see global warming in action, take a lovely summer vacation to the Canadian Rockies. Go to Banf, Lake Louise, Glacier National Park, and Jasper. You will love it. Leave the computer at home.
While you're there, look at the various pictures of their glaciers taken over the last 40 or 50 years. Compare those to the current condition of the glaciers. You will have seen global warming in action.
You know, Stalin was an infamous denier of science, though he claimed to believe in "socialist" science. He turned out to be a nut and millions of people died. You believe in "conservative" science and it's just as ignorant and perhaps as dangerous.
Stick to the CPD. Leave the science to intellectual liberals such as myself.

Conservatives conserve and liberals, well you get the idea.
Global warmers have a name for people who stand up to there nonsense. Global warming deniers, like holocaust deniers. They try to compare us to fascists. They'll stoop to anything it's disgisting.
Hunters and anglers are the biggest contributers to wildlife issues.
The Global Warning Hystericals have so failed to make their case in any form of scientifically valid way. The resort to emotionalism and political blackmail to extort action in support of their agenda.
When they preach their "science" they use phrases like "computer models" and "mathematical simulations", all based on extrapolations of very limited historical climate data. NONE of which are or can be empirically verified. Computer models is a fancy tool for "by guess and by golly." The models show what they show because they have been designed to show that.When pressed they say the "debate is over, the science is settled." Science is never settled. They don't want it to be questioned because it doesn't stand up.

Due to their bulls&%@ agenda we are paying near $4.00 a gallon for gas because they voted down drilling for oil in Alaska, and refuse to allow refineries to be built. Now food is going up due to increased fuel prices and using corn to make gas. Don't even get me started on the low-flush toilets, the crappy freon we use in a.c., and their getting the insect killer, D.D.T. banned, causing numerous deaths by mosquito borne illnesses, their opposition to nuclear plants being built for producing electricity.... You get my drift, I don't know how liberals keep getting elected.

Well I guess a picture of a bear floating on ice proves your point that the earth is warming. Thats the problem with you liberals, you are not concerned with facts, but you try to appeal to peoples emotions. That picture does not prove anything. How about some facts?

Don't worry 'bout low-flush toilets, just use a no-flush toilet like I due, take a poop in a bucket and dump the sh*t off your 10th floor balcony, it's bound to hit some liberal on the way down...D.D.T. was great, I'll give u that, it killed everything, even the people who used it...I no four a fact the liberals are all four building nuclear plants for producing bombs...lots of germans who were liberals...why cant the greenhouse gasses behave?
