Munoz Battery on YouTube
Aldercreature Munoz tries to throw a constituent down the stairs:
We're pretty sure that's a battery. Being an asshole isn't justification for a committing battery - hell, it's not even an impediment to getting elected in Chicago, Cook County, or Illinois. A wise-ass might even call it a requirement. Munoz's claim that the "asshole" was trespassing seems weak at best, especially in light of his complete attitude adjustment once he sees a camera.
Regardless, we'll expect the States Attorney's Office to refuse prosecution based on the fact Munoz didn't sign a confession and admit that was him on the tape. It could be his long lost twin brother.

nice editing of the video...the "constituent" obviously started the shoving match based on the dialogue that got cut off. Maybe if more of them got thrown down stairs and out of offices, we wouldnt have "immigration marches" all over the country.
why didn't he call the police? I would have locked the motherfucker up on signed complaints and inventory the video. I'm sure that would go over real good with the District Commander but hey, fuck it!

I'm no friend of Munoz, but this guy in the video I know. Sc this guy has ties to the communist movement in chiaspas Mexico. He is not an innocent community activist. He is all about his own agenda.

if that was a chicago cop he would be fired and charged with a felony. the video would be shown on the news 5 times a day for 6 months!
I did not think he was being pushed down the stairs. To me, it looked like he lost his balance and Munoz was attempting to catch him so he would not fall.

Look here Ranger.
Most people have things planned on Sundays. They can't just take off because the Rangers say so. Plan a real benefit, and here is a big help. Let people know more than a week in advance and a lot of people will show and Mike will be rich.
From now on the term Rangers will replace all of Chuck Norris duties.

UNREAL...If that was a cop on video he would have been CHARGED, STRIPPED AND FIRED!!!! We don'nt know what occured one minute before, just what we saw on that video, but that is all they would need to hang one of us!!! I have to side with the aldercreature on this one. You still have the right to put hands on people in this country (as long as you're not the police). He used reasonable force in defense of property. It was pretty funny though.
