Bears Chatter

Bears favored by 8-and-half over lowly winless Detroit.

Bears manhandled (cue keesing bandit) Detroit 4 weeks ago. But Detroit beat the Bears twice just last year and have been getting made a decent run last game for 3 quarters.

Bears should win, but the heart attack Bears might make let it be closer than it ought to be. Obviously, we'd prefer the cakewalk.

Blackhawks are above .500 by the way.

What the f&^% is going on at TRU? Apparently the commander (T-Dubb) has gone off the deep end. He is yelling at his Sgts and Lieuts like they are kids. He better be careful there is talk of a work shutdown for a few days. That will go over good with J-fed since he is "on the bubble" already and probably wont be around long.

What is this "BlackHawks" group you mention? A new gang? An offshoot of another gang? Perhaps a new department name for a revised tactical unit made up entirely of black cops with mohawk haircuts?

Let us know. Spread the word.

OT:
What a COMPLETE vote of no confidence in the Chicago Police Departments' entire Command staff. I like Billy K, and Tom F., but to bring in outside COMMAND personnel to direct cpd personnel, when there is a over abundance of commander's in the pipe says it all.
Heard from a good source from the ivory tower that there will be elimination of a lot of gold star positions after the election night riots.
Be prepared, keep the powder dry, know who your friends are, and most of all keep your family safe.

He is a jagoff and has no business being a commander. He just thinks yelling will make things happen for him. Not sure what pissed him off but I can see the head a day thing coming to an end starting soon. Hope he is gone by the end of the week. What comes around goes around have fun with your demotion.

It will only be a matter of time until they report to MFS commander. No need to duplicate staff having a commander for each unit.

Crimefiles Paul Heubl was on the radio tonight and scored some big points for the coppers. It made for a great show and he got the message out! He slammed Daley and the administration for inviting a million mutts to trash the city.

SCC

Hawks were lucky. There getting nothing out of the third or fourth line. Brendan Shanahan's' available was waiting to re-sign with the Rangers. So is the lad from Toronto, Matt's Sundin.

Carneys sitting waiting for cap room, they have to make a move after Baker plays nine games because his NHL contract will kick in.

Tallons probably going to get the axe, we have to move the Berlin wall. Islanders need a goalie Di Petro gone for six to eight weeks.

Free up some cap room, get rid of four or five of the career minor leaguers.

hawks are showing a little "pop" as of late. aggressive on the forecheck and backcheck with three solid lines. there was a reason that the canadians let huet go. on the other hand you have "the wall" making 7 million this year. the hawks shopped around khabibulin and found no takers. no goaltender is worth 7 mil, not even hasek. the biggest mistake the hawks did was letting lange go. should have kept him around for another year to continue nursing the "kids"

Tee-Dubb-Yah is a classic example of not appreciating something when you do not have to work for it and it is handed to you. He has not had to work for anything.

Talked to my Dad about Tee-Dubb-Yah. He says if the things being said about the kid are true, he is nothing like his Dad, Sherwood Williams. Dad says Sherwood is a hell of a man and was appreciated as a boss by black and white officers, because he stood tall and appreciated them, and if the kid was half the Police MAN his father was in his day, the kid would be okay.

I guess the apple fell too far from the tree.
