- Rumor has it that Chief of Staff Mike Masters, a civilian, is going around making arrests and the shit is going to hit the fan - again.
- A CLEAN CUT WHITE MALE WAS CAUGHT IN THE PARKING LOT PHOTOGRAPHING WITH A DIGITAL CAMERA THE BUILDING AND THE LOT. HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND QUESTIONED. A BACKGROUND CHECK WAS DONE AND GUESS WHAT POPPED MULTIPLE ARREST 4 IMPERSONATING THE POLICE. HIS LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED AND OF COURSE HIS ADRESS LISTED WAS FAR FROM CHICAGO!
THE AREA DICKS WERE CALLED IN DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS WANNA B TERRORIST BROKE NO LAWS. U SEE 10TH DIST LOT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND HAS NO SIGNS STATING NO TRESSPASSING... - Shhhhhhhhhh...Lts to be promoted will start Acad. on 09 MAR... Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........along with a new class of recruits...Shhhhhhhhh.

Masters is a wanna be.
Guy in 010 has been arrested about 5 times impersonating police, he is actually a public school teacher. Was released without charging. Was stopped and stated he worked for the federal government and cannot discuss any other details unless he speaks to the watch commander. Prior arrests shows him with police scanners, stolen police radios that were capable of transmitting, as well as driving his car with lights and sirens. But he was released.
Know of two beefs where MASTERS called Charlie W and Georges to get CRs on coppers in 18th Dist Bars. Charlie was happy to help. MASTERS was the behind the scene sneaky bitch. Now he is your boss. He's the REAL Police.
How many more periods till dis nightmare is over.

Since when are scanners illegal? Oh wait they ARENT unless used to commit a crime aka pookie hears the police are coming and grabs his AK to pick off unsuspecting responding officers
Chicago fireman locked up in 007 two days ago for impersonating. Had all the gear including a car with lights and told the A/Os that he was I.A.D.
07 Feb, some guy was taking pictures in the 019 District lot as well....information report completed, prior arrests for impersonating from 025 in 2007!
Hell, I'm gonna run out with my digital which been sitting around since Christmas and start taking pictures of Police stations, fire stations and any other municipal buildings that I can find.......Please! Please! lock me up, handcuff me, hook me to the wall, confiscate my camera

LT'S huh...?? This is the class from the last test that was taken TWICE!!!! Everyone on this list got their spots the Chicago way (bought em or was given to em). The entire class was hand picked during Kline's last knight hood making. Hence the re scoring and retesting B/S. These will be our new bosses of the future!! Everyone standby for a fresh crop of self important JERKS!!!! And guess what they will do. Take care of the people that helped to get them there. The record is stuck and the same sad song keeps playing over and over again. Screw you and your go get em hard working work ethic. Its going to be a long long long time before this dept starts to get better. Another generation maybe...??? About 15 to 20 years?? The present day pussy cats have to retire off the job. And these college dumb cops coming in the door have to do their 20 and go...(I know there are some good ones out there... SORRY). HOPEFULLY the kids that have gone through these years of the Irag war will start filtering onto this job and have an appreciation for what WORK is and how to lead.

8 months ago Masters was wearing a CPD uniform, no gun but a single star on his label indentifying him as a "Chief". It was after an awards ceremonoy. Totally ridculas. Just as goofy as seeing "chief" Daley and DS Burst walking around in their uniforms. Totally un-fucking-beliavable. The sup is looks dumb enough in his uniform and he said he would only wear in at special occasions. But what is the fucking excuse for the three stooges --- Daley, Masters and Burst -- walking around 35th stree in uniform?
Masters is a wanna be Marine and now wanna be police. Never did anything with the Marines except go to boot camp to be a lawyer. Not a Narine and definitely not the police

Everyone had the same chance to take the test twice, it wasn't like some did and some didn't. sorry you were slighted but I have been in patrol my whole career, never been in any units, never gotten into trouble and had to use clout to get out, just do my job, just like several others I know that made it with me. But if you wish to use us as an excuse go right ahead, that is your right.
how about ET's?? a new class coming up or just a new test???

Listen up fuck-tard! My brother is entering in this class. So I know that most of the people entering this class took the written in feb 06. That would make their hiring process 37 months. TALK ABOUT EXPEDIENCY! they must have some serious juice.

If it was SKORA or something like that that, it was the same guy. What pissed some people off was that this goof was not searched until he was INSIDE the 10th District station. Way-to-go just drag in the guy with the bomb vest almost into the W.C.'s office. Why not bring him to your friends at roll call to blow himself up.
This guy said he worked for the Feds, but wouldn't say which agency. Did anyone call the F.B.I.?
Little hint, their office is just a little ways NE on Ogden. Maybe he was shooting pictures there too.

I hope your tearful rant makes you feel better. I was in the first class and I'm really surprised that Phil Cline (not Kline) knighted me since I don't even know the man. You think he would have hooked up his kid first? I agree that the testing process was a cluster. However, there was no secret re scoring/magic answer that I know of since I didn't even retake the second part of the exam. I know this will be a shock as well but I have never been in a unit, have no family on the job or in politics and did not bribe anyone. Your broad generalizations make you sound foolish and obscure the legitimate argument of those who are sick of the sham merit process and "secret" study groups. Don't throw out the baby with the bath water.

Do not think I am a big shot in any way, shape or form. I just took a test and did well. You or some other clown proclaimed that EVERYONE in the first class was "knighted" by Cline. Being that I did it on my own, I take exception to your crybaby bullshit.
