OEMC Has revised it's dispatch policy on 10-1s - refer the caller to the alternate response (311).
This way they do not have to incur a delay in dispatch.

Yes, many of the folks at 911 are clouted - patronage workers and / or relatives of other city workers.

OT:
Just pointing out the obvious. The blogger of the Fibunes' Breaking News blog is a big pussy. If your comment isn't left they aren't posting it.

After failing to post my response to a post by teo28, an obvious banger, regarding the 4, 2-sixers pinched for attempting to kill the ODPO, I called and canceled our subscription.

Big boos for Cutler when he hit the field-No love for Orton. Kind of feel bad for the guy-not his fault. Maybe its the mile high thin air affecting the fans.

Stop feeling bad for Orton. Its the business and he sucked anyways. We dictated our offense around his sucky play. Jay Cutler is a top 10 quarterback period. If you haven't been following him in Denver or Vanderbilt then you are not a football fan. Stop it with the receiver bullshit. Jay will be fine. Its called spreading the ball around. Everyone contributes. There is no hype as far as I'm concerned. Cutler is good and thats that. Are we going to the Super Bowl this year? A lot has to play into that. Injuries, talent, and a little bit of luck. We are better off with what we have now than what we had!

sometime in the second quarter the bears were third and one and cutler throws to clark for a 30 something gain--- immediately one of the guys doing the color for nbc says their is no way that the bears would have orton throw that ball last year, it would have been a running play---- so so true.... the cool 45 degree temp outside has me getting in the hockey mood--- go hawks, it's our year baby !!!!!

Looks like we've got ourselves a genuine premier quarterback. Let's see, when's the last time we had one of those ... mmmmm ... I'm 52 and still not old enough to remember having one (other than McMahon's ONE very good year)

Listened to the SCORE, WSCR, this morning while they debated whether or not Cutler, an outstanding passer, should be passing the ball the majority of the plays or if the "balanced attack" is the wiser approach.

How GREAT is it that we are finally even able to have this discussion???

Bears will go 10-6 and finish out of the running for either the division or the wild card.

Cutler will be PNG with most of the fans by the end of the year. Not because he's a terrible QB, but they'll be unable to watch him smirk his way through any more post game interviews.

I don't know, maybe he's just constipated. Some Milk of Magnesia may be in order.
