- The Chicago teenager who was arrested for impersonating a Chicago police officer was back in custody Friday night for violating his probation.
The incident occurred at a South Side police station in late January. The teen went out in a patrol car with another officer.
In May, he was arrested again for possession of a stolen vehicle. He pled guilty to both offenses and was sentenced to three years probation.
The teen will be back in court October 29 for sentencing.
We're sure that THIS TIME, though, he REALLY REALLY means it when he tells the judge he'll stay out of trouble. And we're sure the judge will REALLY REALLY mean it when she tells him that this is his VERY VERY LAST chance before she REALLY REALLY puts him on TRIPLE SECRET SOOPER DOOPER probation for another felony.

Gee SCC... How about the fact begining in Jan 2010, 17 year olds are going to be processed as a juvenile for misdemeanors. Felony will be processed as an adult. The reasoning is the 17 year old mind isn't fully developed and a impulse decision shouldn't effect the rest of ones life. As usual, blame someone else. Not my fault, WTF!!

Yeah, I cant wait. If you thought the Juv system was fucked up just wait until this goes into effect. All the Gangs are gonna have 17 yr olds do shootings and drug sales. They know that the Cook co ASA never approves charges so the 17 yr old will get treated as a Juv and let go with a stern warning by the fine judges at Juv court.

Here we go AGAIn, this kid has more sence and brains than any normal ghetto rat. I truly beleve that if he were to be placed in a "relatively" normal home he wouold excel. The kid is a freak of nature, he has never hurt any1, and if he had been raised in a normal home, he would be genious material.
