We're trying to help an acquaintance sell their condo. He's what you call a "motivated seller" so he might be willing to accept a slightly lower price to get out from under this one. Here's the ad:

According to the listing, the assessments are $625 a/month!!! I was concerned that J Fled was being taken advantage of so I called the Predictive Analytics Unit and they concurred but they didn't know where 100 w 14st was because the crystal ball doesn't include a Garmin.

Suspect Info: One at large

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot and killed near Rio Rico, Arizona, while attempting to apprehend a group of armed subjects. The suspects had been preying on illegal immigrants with the intent to rob them.

Agent Terry and several other agents were attempting to arrest the group when shots were exchanged between the suspects and agents. Agent Terry was reportedly struck in the back by rounds fired by a suspect armed with an AK-47.

Agent Terry was flown to a hospital where he succumbed to his wounds early the following morning.

Four members of the group were taken into custody and at least one suspect remains at large.

Agent Terry was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and had served with the United States Border Patrol for 3.5 years. He is survived by his parents, brother, and two sisters.

Yowsers! Someone was drinking the Real Estate only goes up Kool-Aid. Owning two condos in the same building? I guess by 6/2008 either they couldn't back out of the deal or they didn't think Chgo real estate would take a plunge. (Did alittle digging on ownership)

Either way, I don't see how the person is going to manage to break even. Even if both properties sold for 300k each when you factor in holding costs, still wouldn't make it worth while. I'm surprised the R/E agent took the property at such a ridiculously inflated price.

1-PO, 1-Teacher, and at least 1-student required CFD transport in separate ambulances to the hospital.

OT This just out all gun teams are being disbanded and sent back to their units of assignment 06 Jan 10. OCD is then making new teams with the chosen ones that put in applications to work in OCD in Oct.

How much are the assesments? An OK asessment will cost you 15,000.00. A fantastic one is 30000.00 but u can still get a lousy one for five grand.
