"I'll Kill my Son's Killer"

  • The father of a 5-year-old boy killed in 1975 is vowing to murder his son's killer if the man is released, as scheduled, several years early from a 40-year sentence.

John Foreman said in an interview Monday with WPRO-AM radio that he will kill convicted murderer Michael Woodmansee "as aggressively and as painfully" as he killed his son if Woodmansee is released from prison early.

Woodmansee, who was 16 years old at the time, kidnapped and killed Jason Foreman in 1975 in South Kingstown, R.I. He confessed and was convicted of second-degree murder eight years later.

Jason Foreman was presumed to be missing until 1982, when Woodmansee tried to lure another boy into his home. The boy escaped and police began to question Woodmansee about Foreman's disappearance.

Authorities found the boy's skull and bones on Woodmansee's , along with a journal that detailed the gruesome killing. John Foreman told the radio station that Woodmansee wrote about eating his son's flesh in the journal.
If the father sets up some sort of PayPal account, we'll be sure to publish it here so people can make sure he has enough ammunition and a decent shovel to do the job right. We'd even suggest he try to set up the killing here in Chicago where he has (A) better odds of getting away with it, (B) a good chance of beating the case in court in the event he gets caught, and (C) no death penalty in the highly unlikely event he gets convicted. Plus, the current governor will likely commute his sentence on the way out the door.

Now that's a father. When there is no justice, as is the case in Illinois, then the duty falls to the family to set things right.

God bless this man and good luck to him. An animal that murders and dismembers a five year old child and is then set free by liberal democrat ass wipes deserves nothing less than death at the hands of the father of the victim.

Or we could just let him move in next to Quinn. That would be OK too.

No, he won't. Woodmansee will be now be wearing a vest and hunkered down in one of three identical cars going out the gate in three different directions the night before the announced release day, and Foreman will have a detail following him wherever he goes. He won't even be able to sneeze without making a copper jump.

I'm sorry about Mr. Foreman's loss, and sympathize 100% -- but him and his big mouth, huh?

Pretty sire no jury would ever convict a father for seeking justice for there child.

Imagine having to put handcuffs on this man for killing this animal. I couldn't do it.

Woodmansee is 52. If he makes it to 53 it would be a travesty. Let Mr. Foreman eviscerate this filthy animal and let him watch Woodmansee die a painful death. Let him see the agony on his son's killer's face as he dies.

If the original crime had been done in Cook County the asshole would be out already. The Anita Alvarez types would plea it down, like in Rhode Island, and now with no death penalty in Illinois, there is no incentive not to kill and dismember any victim.

What's the big deal, the State of Illinois will house and feed them forever if necessary.

Time to seriously start thinking of somewhere else to retire to.

Taxes is sounding better and better. No state income tax, part time state legislature and they dispatch bad guys with regularity.

I recall when George W Bush was asked about innocent people on death row in Texas, Bush responded, "There are no innocent people on death row in Texas."

Fuck Quinn and fuck Illinois.

In a typically Chicago twist of fate, were this unfortunate father to actuall get caught and conicted, he'd probably end up doing more time than his son's killer.

This man, the Father to a Son who was murdered and cannibalized while yet a child and unable to defend himself in fitting fashion, will forever be heartbroken... We say yea and Amen to his heartfelt intent. The "tender mercy" of the court has made a mockery of his bloody tears of sorrow and outrage.

You cannot reasonably expect a man to swallow these tears... It's an insult on top of an outrage.

There are still places in this country where it's done right!!

LUCASVILLE, Ohio (AP) — Ohio on Thursday put to death a Toledo store owner's killer with the country's first use of the surgical sedative pentobarbital as a stand-alone execution drug.

Johnnie Baston was pronounced dead at 10:30 a.m., about 13 minutes after the 5 gram dose of the drug began flowing into his arms. About a minute into the execution, Baston appeared to gasp, then grimace and wince, but then was quickly still.

We just have to make sure he thinks he's being followed every minute of every day. Post his picture everywhere so if any righteous person sees him on the street they can look at him and go "bang - you're dead." If this POS was only going to do 29 years (or whatever) let the family know up front so they understand. Maybe the Father was figuring he'd move by the time he was released so he wouldn't run into him at a 7-11 somewhere. Honestly, he lost a child; where is the compassion for HIM?

I'm sure the mother died young due to bad health from the stress. Imagine knowing someone killed and ate your child. It's inhuman and it's beyond comprehension. A jury would probably sentence him to probation if he makes good on his threat.

A few years ago there was a story of a man who did just this and was aquitted by the jury.

My memory is unclear as to if his child was raped and or killed by the animal but in any event at the time it happened, there was a clip played on the news of the father standing by a row of payphones at the airport where Marshals were escorting the animal down the terminal. As they approach the bank of payphones, the father walks right up to the animal standing between the Marshals and shoots him point blank in the head, killing him. It was all on tape.

Not a cop

Let's just hope that someone completely unrelated to the incident or the parties involved doesn't kill this POS for the grieving father. You know, as some sort of "righteous favor" or something. Boy oh boy, if that were to happen and the "vigilante" were smart about it then the odds of catching him would be pretty nil. Really, all we as law enforcement cold do would be to check the father's alibi, maybe tap is phones for a few months and maybe a little surveillance. Really, beyond that I don't think we could do much to resolve it. Just another live by the sword die by the sword homicide in the city.
