Reports See Daylight
The 22-year-old woman who accused two Chicago police officers of sexually assaulting her admitted to responding officers that she never said "no" to the officers' advances, documents obtained by NBC Chicago reveal.
A police source with knowledge of the investigation tells NBC Chicago the information may mean that no criminal investigation is warranted, and that the officers may be subjected to only administrative investigations.
"While there is an administrative investigation underway regarding this alleged incident, the criminal investigation is ongoing by both IAD (Internal Affairs Department) and A3 (Area 3 police). So to say this is solely an internal, administrative matter is inaccurate,"

true. too bad the accusation will be remembered. BUT F&#k these guys. from people that work same distict..all they did was try and get laid (on the job) and the end results is that we all look like assholes..They are scum that dont deserve to be called police. i hope they launch them to the moon.
Okay, channel 5, lesson one.
Chicago Police DEPARTMENT.
Internal Affairs DIVISION.
(not, internal affairs 'department')
SCC: your right, citizens now look at us (cpd) differently. Many will joke, "hey can I get a ride",... I still think the coppers are jags for exposing the dept. In a negative light.
Whether she said "no" is really not an issue at this point. She was dealing with two idiots that were on duty police officers, equiped with guns etc...I for one would say that might be a little intimidating. There is no way to defend these mutts, think about a relative, daughter, wife etc... in this position who was looking for the police to be there for her, like we teach people, you know, you can always go to a police officer for help. If true, they betrayed that trust and took advantage of their position and her condition.
Hope they get fired at minimum, just another black eye for the working street coppers 2 jagoffs!
Just think about how the media will grind us up if these two animals are allowed to keep their jobs. (Irregardless of the heavy time they would face). Even if the criminal investigation falls flat they are now personna non grata, not for this specific incident but for the totality of their actions. These are NOT the police and we will have to work even harder because of them. THEY GOTTA BE LAUNCHED!
I still think the coppers are jags for exposing the dept. In a negative light.

Exposing? More to come?
Intimidated by a gun? Really ? Where do you work? Mr Daley.? LIFM.
And what did the new fop president say......not a word. Shame on the new president for not commenting. Something as simple as " remember these are allegations and every person is presumed innocent" some comment, any comment would have been better than pure silence
"But the only thing anyone will ever remember is the accusation, regardless of the final result."
Please tell me you're not excusing these guys just because the girl may not have said no. Even if it's found that she was willing, they were still in the wrong, going out of district, buying liquor, fucking on duty. Rape or not, this gives the police a bad name.
There are idiots in every profession~don't let this get you down! Turn off the 2,5,7,9 tv & get your news from other sources!
:) fox news, scc, etc...........
I can see sneaking into the jewel food store for a dozen eggs and a gallon of milk--- I can not see sex in a marked car while on duty, sex in an apartment while on duty drinking booze and playing strip poker--- the antics of these two would make the bad lieutenant blush---
"But the only thing anyone will ever remember is the accusation, regardless of the final result." Yeah? What's your point? Two on duty officers engaging in sexual activity with an inebriated woman disgraces the badge. The public trust was violated. Whether or not the criminal courts go after these "officers" for violating the 22 year old woman is immaterial.
Fook these two guys to hell.
Maybe they avoid criminal charges, but they still need to go. Best case they picked up a young drunk woman, left their district and had consensual sex. Are they cops or 38 year old frat boys?
Also we can probably count on some lawsuits from this woman and some of their prior "conquests". The burden of proof is a whole lot less in a civil case than in a criminal case.
Beavis and Butthead grew up and joined the CPD. Thankfully, they got caught before making their way up the ranks through merit promotions. I swear these two had the word "chief" of something or other in their futures. District command just isn't big enough for two quality gents like these two.
I saw it on the news. Are they going to get a number on me?
Regardless, fire these 2 jagoffs.
Most Cops are honest, hard working and deserve every stinking dime that they are paid. The whole crew does not deserve to be painted with the same brush as these two asswipes. Im sick of this witch hunt ! When I see a Tahoe or Crown Vic going down the street, I stop and think: There goes two honest Cops that play by the rules and are NOT suspended !
F them, now all woman will think we are all the same if we start a conversation or say hello. They definetly made us look bad. They deserve to be fired. They should of went back to the station and dropped a slip.
I WOULD hope no one trys to have a fundraiser for the two jags. Im with you Ralph. To da MOON.
Whether she said "no" is really not an issue at this point
What are folks finding so difficult to understand about what you said? Her consenting means nothing. Especially if she was drunk out of her skull. What copper doesn't know a drunk person can't consent? These assclowns can't get fired fast enough for me.
Regardless, REAL COPS don't take advantage of the downtrodded, they are suppossed to protect them.
I hope they fry...they don't deserve to be on the job and make the rest of us look bad. They abused their authority and even kids right out of the academy know what they did was wrong. Sex on the job??? Even mutts know they aren't doing their job if they are having sex while at work!!!
the story said she willingly had sex ... but it was on a CSA Report. It then said she became afraid and ran out of her apartment. I guess when you get down to it, it comes down to whether she ever told them to stop, and they refused. Regardless, once she consents, if if she did say stop at some future point and he/ they didn't stop, we all know you'd NEVER get charges on an average citizen. We'll see what happens here. I do know a little more about this through the grapevine that I won't get into here ... and that may come into play.
Oh no.... I viewed it, you have my ip address. Am I going be on the cr#?
First, it's residence not apartment. Second, not a lot of coppers know about the hidden pc # on a printed case report. I can see it clear as day just because I accidently found out about it years ago. Don't print these reports out people unless you can justify why you gave it to the media.

shame on you for letting it get this far.
no rape charges, won't get fired. Look at breimon they just have to wait it out in call back.
no, they got the report through foia request.
Gotta love the scum media like ben bradley that used words like, "they preyed on the victim when she only wanted help." I'm not supporting these guys and I hope they get fired, but the media sensationalizes the story and misreports the facts. One can guarantee that there will be no sexual assault charges because there was none. What they did was wrong and embarrassing to every working copper in America, but now that the facts are coming out it doesn't appear to be what(as usual)the media portrayed it to be. FU MEDIA!!!
The report is well done except for that one line about the victim never saying the word "no". That one sentence feels like they are trying to write the offenders out of it.
Just saying.
This whole affair reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George Costanza had sex with the cleaning woman on his desk at work after hours:
"Was that wrong? Should I have not done that? I tell you I gotta plead ignorance on this thing because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing was frowned upon, you know, cause I've worked in a lot of offices and I tell you peope do that all the time."
One can guarantee that there will be no sexual assault charges because there was none. What they did was wrong and embarrassing to every working copper in America, but now that the facts are coming out it doesn't appear to be what(as usual)the media portrayed it to be. FU MEDIA!!!

You are so wrong. They might beat the case, but make no mistake, these clowns ARE getting charged.
I'll bet my pension it happens in the next 10 days.
Rumor is the victim secured Loevy as her attorney.
How much you think she'll be suing for? I'm guessing the City will be truly bankrupt when Loevy's done. These coppers should lose every single thing they own before one cent of tax payer money is given out.
What happens if that so called victim turns out to be an ex girlfriend of one of the coppers? Im just saying.
She might not have said No, but did she say Yes?
Fire em both, the sooner the better. These 2 SHOULD be made Examples of.

Very true, if these POS's are CLOUT laden this case goes bye bye.
They can subpoena Breimon and the good Sgt L in 017 at the Police Board if they need to refer to past PB cases as examples.
This particular case is just one of many, many cases that have wrought unjustified destruction upon the CPD.
If IAD had initially acted upon all of these cases in the past and the PB was not affected by the CLOUT factor. We would not have to collectively suffer what criminals within our ranks reap upon us.
Chicago is just too corrupt for reform.
The spin begins and the CLOUT MACHINE reigns supreme!
Expect nothing to happen, IAD and the PB will take care of the CLOUTED at all cost.
She might not have said No, but did she say Yes?

LOL, when i first read it i thought you said propmote them both they should be made exempts..
Do we have an UNCLOUTED lamb to throw under the bus to appease the blood thirsty public?
Can we open some BS CR# belonging to one of the UNCLOUTED?
An intoxicated person cannot give consent. You *must* understand that. It informs every preliminary investigation you will ever EVER do in a CSA with alcohol/drugs involved.

OK maybe not in Cook County, but plenty of men have been charged with rape after a woman changes her mind, or decides that she really meant no, after saying yes, when she wakes up the next morning.

Really? Just for sex or say, selling a car? Can they consent to blow in the machine? Can they consent to enter into a contract? What if both durnk who goes to jail? Whats the defininiton of drunk? What if they say they gave consent are they wrong? Gonna put the guy in jail anyway?
You're wrong.

Michael you are so naive. To all of you saying that she could not say yes because she was intoxicated, please remember that generaly one is responsible for his/her own actions during self-inflicted intoxication. I see a lot of holier-than-thou, sanctimonious crap here.

Funny how there is no public outcry when an exempt boss does this stuff, and to other police too.
Former DC of 010 had his harem of desk dollies who passed the oral exam.
Former DC of 007 blew the drug test and blamed it on sex with his woman who rubbed cocaine on her cootchie. Jeez, how's a guy to know? Tasted like cootchie to him I guess, he just got all numb and shit. That wasn't powdered sugar after all.
i hope they launch them to the moon.
