January Murders Climb

Every homicide is another nail in the CompStat coffin:
  • An 18-year-old man shot in the head at a South Side gas station this week died of his wounds, the Cook County medical examiner's office said today.

But the Clearance Rate went up!

  • The man wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a security guard at a River North Walgreens killed himself in Evanston hours after the murder, police in the north suburb said.

And police are investigating whether the alleged gunman was also responsible for gunning down a Skokie teenager Friday.

Nine more days left in January. Anyone have last year's February totals?

I think they are hiding another homicide in 011. I think the guy got got shot on the 6th or 7th, and expired about a week later. I've watched the web mapping and it has not popped up.

Be (more) careful in 007. There are still up to 500 guns out on the streets from that burglary crew. The Supe and friends are trying to keep this under wraps for PR reasons. These guys did a bunch more burglary jobs all over the Midwest and hundreds of these guns are still out there.

Presidential Primary 2012

Iowa population 3,046,355 (121,501 voted republican) 3.9% decided for 3 million people who will be the republican candidate

New Hampshire population 1,316,470 (248,485 voted republican) 19% decided for 1.3 million people who will be the republican candidate

South Carolina population 4,625,364 (589,693 voted republican) 12.7 % decided for 4.6 million people who will be the republican candidate

FREEDOM = Free Will (I decide) + Liberty (ability to decide) (Constitution/Bill of Rights/Civil Rights) + Duty to Advise (keep in check) those in power and Serve (political office ect)

These LIBERTIES where reserved only for the King, his nobles and the wealthy. The American Revolution gave these rights to every common man, the first time in the history of mankind.

One of the LIBERTIES the founders fought for was the right to elect their own representatives and not be forced to obey the kings appointed judges, tax collectors and government.

If you don’t vote, you do Not decide, someone else does. You are Not Free; you are a slave (bitch) to someone else’s Free Will. Who is deciding the future of your children??? “Give me LIBERTY or give me death” mean I will decide my own future.

Here's a coincidence to ponder. The new district reorganization naming District Supervisors, Street Supervisors and XOs goes into effect, in essance 1 Jan 12 disrupting all district operations. Everyone's morale drops a few notches again and the ranks are pissed off about union-busting denials for out of grade pay. The reorganization and consolidation ideas suck and everyone but the 35th St kool-aid drinkers realize it. Suddenly, in a cold and stormy month murders start going up. Can this be de-policing version 2.2012?

Escape From Cook County Boot Camp? No Press Release?

Numerous Sources telling the 19th Ward Blogger that there was a inmate escape from the Cook County Boot camp today at 11.00 a.m. Blogger told over 50 officers put on overtime to look for suspect. One source tells blogger that suspect was a first time violent offender. I guess public safety takes a backseat to cover for Sheriff Dart.

here is one of the murders.. What a bunch of crap the tribune writes trying to protray the "victim" as a decent "graffiti writer"... aka piece of shit tagger who ruins peoples property. What a joke. This is not the entire article taken from chicagobreakingnews.com but most of it. Try to read it by the toilet because your sure to vomit..

........ Caballero was pronounced dead at 7:01 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He lived about two blocks from where he was stabbed, on the 2600 block of Armitage Avenue.

Caballero was a graffiti writer who loved to roam the streets of Chicago leaving his mark on buildings, said Ramon Ureste, who was Caballero's adopted grandfather.

He said he last saw his grandson around 5 p.m. as he and his girlfriend were getting ready to go out for the evening.

He said he had heard that when Caballero and his girlfriend were in the car, a man with a duffel bag walked over to the car Caballero was in, pulled out a knife and dragged Caballero out.

Ureste said the same man, who is a fellow grafitti writer, had come by the house Friday and threatened Caballero with a knife, though Caballero didn't take the threat seriously. Police could not comment on Ureste's allegations.

He said Caballero had a lot of friends, many of them grafitti writers, and Caballero organized outings for them. The man played guitar in a band but did not have a permanent job and didn’t go to school......

HEY. I have an idea!!!

Let's shut down half the cities mental health centers. That should get homicides and suicides hopping for the slumits and I'll betcha we'll start seeing the effects a hella lot sooner!

Oh wait, that's Rahm's idea. Must have something to do with creating a crisis again.

Hell check out the youtube videos on the CTA lately. People smoking , busting out in fistfights, graphic porn rap star competition, 3 card monti scams and verbal assaults! It's happening already. The people are going off their meds.

That dude at the Walgreens commiting suicide is another example.

THANKS RAHM.

Hizzhonor says it will save $3 million dollars though so it's all good.

So here's another idea if you want to save the city $3 million dollars.

CUT $60,000 FROM EACH OF THE ALDERMANS PAYROLL!!

50 Wards times $60,000 dollars and there's your three million. If you cut Burks security and the Ex-mayors security it's even less per ward. We have to be talking a couple hunder kay for those to clowns alone.

Now there's some pro=active policing for you. Is officer and citizen safety more important or the inflated ego's of the aldermen?

People are going to get hurt when they cut these people off their meds mark my words. That's all.

I heard Madigan made it preventable due to an excessive amount of union workers occupying the right side of the ship causing it to tip over. As the union workers lined up to get a pension, excitement and unrest ensued when told there was no money. This caused the ship to turn over killing several people. Politicians were able to make an immediate escape however.

ATTENTION; To all personnell.
Any additional murders for the month of January will not be allowed. In order to maintain the allowable monthly avaerage of 41, all deceased honor roll students will be stacked (NEATLY) behind the Morgue with the apporpriate paperwork attached.
When filling out aforementioned paperwork please leave incident date blank. The Morgue attendant will fill in the date as per agreement between McDildo & Hairywinkle (I heard she likes her winkle Hairy). The honor roll students will not be processed for aprox. 30 - 45 days. Hence maintaining the quota.
Thankfully it's very cold, which will make it easy to implement this stategy. We are planning an idea contest for the remaining 3 quarters of the year, prizes to be announced. We are leaning towards "FOLLOWING YOUR UNION CONTRACT" as first prize.
That is all and thank you in advance for you complete participation in this depatment wide stategy.
