There are decent people and there are those not so decent. Then there are the jagoffs like this breeding and dropping the next generation of thugs across the west and south sides. Someone should toss her out a third story window.

Good point about the next generation of worthless uncaring cruel busouts. This woman should get thrown off of the balcony because WE DON'T WANT HER. She's 22 and I'll bet her mom is maybe 36. Never knew her dad I'll bet. People argue against abortion and against birth control and as a result you have children raising children in an environment of violence and despair and so throwing a puppy off a balcony is no big deal and it's normal.
Soon chopping off heads and putting them in ice boxes in front of city hall like they do in Mexico will be the new norm. Hanging people from Chicago bridges will be the new norm.

This animal is no doubt a crack baby from the late 80's or early 90's. The majority of the violent crime in this country is committed by these super predators that were spawned during the crack boom. A project was begun in 1959 in Novosibirsk, Russia, when scientists set out to answer some questions about how dogs evolved from wolves.
They selected a few pairs of wild foxes and bred them. From those litters, they selected the ones that exhibited traits like tameness, inquisitiveness towards humans, etc.

Floppy ears, unique skull shape, etc. They also lost their fear of humans and started to exhibit loyalty behaviors towards the managing scientists.
In every domestic dog you see, you're seeing the most recent result of humans management of canine heredity for thousands of years. We've bred these creatures to love us, trust us, be unshakably loyal to us to their last breath. It's in their DNA, it cannot be changed any more than their eye color.
Once you understand how domestic dogs 'came to be' and what they really are, it might help you understand why the people who hurt them are particularly heinous. They are harming and abusing a creature that lives for them and would die for them.
Dogs are not "just animals". They occupy a very special place in the order of things.

I found a pitbull that was chained to a fence in an alley, doused in gasoline and burned nearly to death. It also turns out that the dog was fought for half a day in the same abandoned house. I had to shoot it in the head to end it of its tortured misery. This is what you should expect when working in hood, protecting people who don't want us there anyway. Of course, this rarely gets media attention. Must have been no new "bad cop" stories to report.
I wonder if she would have found it so funny if someone threw her LINK card off the balcony.

Reminds me of the reverands who came to the defense of the dog murdering football quarterback saying dog fighting is a black cultural thing. Vick since has served time in the joint and has come back to football to make millions. Cruelty to animals has long been associated with criminal behavior.

No, we are not "all connected." This is not the phone company ad jingle. We often don't even speak the same language -- both literally and in a broader sense. At least half of the city of my birth is a "no-go zone," as strange and dangerous and alien as the surface of the moon.

Years back I responded to a domestic at the Bel Air Hotel, despite its Lincoln Park address and its namesake, it was a SRO shithole.
The woman kept shrieking that her boyfriend threw her bird out the window. I told her to calm down, leave the window open and maybe it fly back in, common sense thing to say to a hysterical woman right?
She screamed "you don't understand, look out the window." I did and when I looked down, six stories below, there was the bird, cage and all. So I guess since he couldn't fit the 275lb shrieking "bird" out the window, he did the next best thing to hurt her. An abuser is an abuser, whether its an animal or a person.
