This came to us via e-mail.
A website called "JohnWayneGacyNews" has a bunch of videos and interviews of retired cops with a whole bunch of unanswered questions concerning the Gacy serial killings.
We know a lot of people might think, "Gacy's dead. He was executed years ago." True. But a lot of victims may not have been found and their families deserve some closure. That's what we're supposed to do, right? Solve crimes, find people, close cases.
Via this website, a lot of info regarding a property on northwest side that Gacy used to be a caretaker for, is raising enough questions that an extensive dig for bodies shouldn't be out of the question.
One of the persons running the website is a former editor for The Reader, which gives the info a better ring of credibility than we'd otherwise give it. They interview some former CPD detectives and neighbors with interesting stories to tell. Go peruse the website.

It's very likely there are more bodies at the Elston & Miami location.
It's right in line what a serial killer would do.
Herman Mudgett a.k.a H.H. Holmes, also a Chicago resident and reported to be responsible for between 20 & 200 killings; and believed to be the first identified serial killer, disposed of bodies by multiple means and in multiple places.
I can only surmise the foot dragging is due to priorities and money is tight (not that I agree with that).
Why the Cook County Police dug exactly where a whitness explicitly stated not to is strange.
As the CPD Det. says in the blog video, they didn't want to find more bodies, why?

They can avoid digging by using ground penetrating radar. The property owner is probably more concerned with bad publicity than with recovering remains.
If only we had a State's Attorney with a pair of balls.

But the CPD’s search warrant application, prepared in case they ran into any resistance from the owner, reveals without a doubt that the police were well persuaded by the evidence. Written by Sergeant Frank Cappitelli to be signed by Detective Edwin Dickinson (though it never was), the document reads:
“Based on the facts of my investigation . . . [Gacy] is the most prolific known serial killer in the State of Illinois . . . and there is credible scientific evidence to believe that the possibility exists that human remains are buried in the yard and black top contiguous to 6100-6114 W. Miami. . . . I believe that there are buried remains located [there].”

Lets see in 98 this detective with delusions of grandure and his friend the retired commander who owns a security firm, brought this to the Depts. attention. A grid excavation search was conducted in the yard, in locations where the ground pentrating radar company said there anomolies. Doctor Clyde Snow a forensic antropologist, of Gacy, Bosnia and other infamous crimes fme was present, kind of overseeing the search at the direction of the medical examiners office. Nothing was found, yet here we are again. Is this the same Det. that helped screw up the Brown Chicken killings in the northwest suburbs several years ago?

Nobody in the media was informed of then Commander of Youth Pat Clark's insistence of youth officers make arrests of non-juveniles during Gacy's reign. Youth officers were overwhelmed and had to take shortcuts in missing person cases. Any old time youth officers want to chime in?
Retired ex-detective B.D. has some serious credibillity issues. I would not base opening up a new investigation issue just on this criteria.
Another cold case file related to Gacy and his possible conspirators in crime is the unsolved murder investigation of Debra Rosencrans,, she was found as an unknown , unconscious person in Schiller Woods and later died after being identified as Debra Rosencrans. It was possible she learned that Gacy had committed these crimes of murder and she was murdered to shut up. Former ASA Terry Sullivan conducted a task force investigation with CPD but no arrest was made. I think Sheriff Dart could connect the dots now with some success. Retired CPD

An Area 6 Sergeant told them to stay in Area 6.
All Missing Person reports in which Gacy's name appeared were pulled out of the Records Division and the original officers were called in and paid overtime to re-write the reports not mentioning Gacy's name. These reports were carefully backdated and put on file and appeared to be original reports.
This was done to avoid embarassing the Commander of the Youth Division.
Had it not been for a lazy Area 6 Youth Sergeant the Youth Division may well have been the ones that broke the Gacy case.
Wasn't that also an A/3 investigation?
There may be a Daley-Vanecko connection.

FYI ... Gacy's house wasn't even in the City of Chicago. The house was located in unincorporated Norwood Park Township. Murders investigation was conducted by Cook County Sheriff's Police Department.

I don't like Dart but I am convinced that there are more bodies and that the Miami building was never checked properly.
If Dart had balls he would do a Daley and just start digging. Gacey is long dead, there its no need for a warrant. If there are bodies exhumed he looks like a hero.

No, it isn't
The CPD Youth Division has one big mess to clear up after the Gacy murders, many of the missings were assigned to Youth Officers who were not allowed to do proper investigations. Once the shit hit the fan the Youth Division created a new program for its computers which would identify similar names on reports which would have showed Gacy name with many of the missings as a common liink. At that time in history the head count was the priority and not finding missing persons. Youth Officers had to make arrests .

This had nothing to do with the Commander of Youth or a lazy Sgt. Gacy was connected to the Democratic Party and the surveillance was pulled off of Gacys home by City Hall. The Sgt. was blamed because he died. Funny how these thing come back. Find out who the politician was. Its there people.

“The real question lies with how much effort the authorities are willing to extend in this closed investigation and how supportive the owners of the Miami building are to such an investigative effort,” Gardner says.
“Even with experienced forensic investigators employing all of the available technologies – magnetometers, ground penetrating radar, or infrared thermography – finding a clandestine grave is not guaranteed,” Gardner continues. “Assuming these non-intrusive search techniques locate areas of interest in the basement, under pavement, or on the grounds – ultimately, it will require an intrusive physical excavation. But, only at a significant cost and with significant effort.”

I challenge pedophile Michael J. Rossi of formally Michigan and now NY to sue me for defamation when I say that I witnessed this man and David F. Cram abduct people from a path in Deep Quarry in Dupage County during the late 70's. These people wound up in the water weighed down with rocks. I can describe a dozen of them and exactly where they were dropped into the lake. Gacy was occasionally there too. The major media will not report on anything that can't be proven, so the truth is being concealed just as the people who accidently screwed up and concealed this mass murder site seem to be hoping for. Maybe a defamation suit by Mr. Rossi is just what we need to get this over with. The truth will prevail in a courtroom. The police know who I am if Mr. Rossi is interested. I am the Deep Quarry witness the police won't formally acknowledge.
I need to correct the fact that Rossi may not have been in Michigan as I originally thought in my Jan 11, 2013 post. I had confused similar High School names. The defamation challenge to Rossi still stands. He should call the Cook or Dupage County police if he wants to go after me. -The Deep Quarry witness.

the teacher in new york is not the michael rossi of the gacey nightmare. he is not old enough i know this bescause michael was my best friend in jr high ,high school and up until he attended my wedding and his life was destroyed and that of his wife and children he was a victim you people know nothing about him and you need to stop
Mr. Anonymous, David F. Cram was Michaels best friend during the late 1970's. These SOB's along with Gacy damn near murdered me back then. David F. Cram along with one of his family members were at my house several times around 1987. Cram, Rossi and the guy I am calling the third abductor; Bill or Phil? are the luckiest son of a bitches ever in the history of botched law enforcement. If Rossi wants to clear his name, have him sue me for supposed defamation. He can get a hold of me through the Dupage County Sheriffs police, the Cook County Sheriffs Police. I would recommend the Becker-Stephenson law offices in Chicago as a very good source of Gacy Cram Rossi related lawsuits. -None link shadowreports.

You contradict yourself. First you say "he was he too young" and then you say "he is a victim whose life was ruined along with his wife and children. Your story does not add up. Was he too Young or was he old enough to have wife and kids? Which is it supposedly? Why isn't your friend Michael J. Rossi age about 57 in Rock Tavern New York suing this witness? Why are you "anonymous" if he is your friend? Are you a stand up guy or not?
