Bike Unit Rumor

Rumor? Or truth? We suspect truth at this point:

• McCawthy plans to start scratching for more bodies to help cover the mayor's lies about more boots on the ground in areas of need.
  
  Who's next? Turns out the bike unit's days are numbered, at least half are slated for transfer orders to 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, and for those who cry loudest -009 (if you're clouted). They plan on sending them to be used on bikes at the respective district Commanders discretion but Superintendent made it clear those officers sent to districts won't last past October on bikes.
  
  Apparently, the big boss has lost respect for the sergeant who turned down a promotion unless he could keep control over his collection of uniform mannequins to display around downtown coffee shops.
  
  Sup says 12 years is long enough to avoid patrol.
