You can't claim two separate incidents with exact dates out of thin air and just happen to find two dates for which (d.l)Obama just happens to not have any explanation whatsoever when all he has ever had to do was check his calendar or planner and say, "I had this meeting, or that conference, or out of town engagement."

If things keep going down hill as they have been we will all be cooking Fido just to have something to eat. Obama has his birthday $40,000 a plate dinner in Kenwood and hundreds of thousands in this state alone are wondering where a meal will come from on Monday. This president is living in a fairy tale world and he can't or won't see what is really going on. Time for a change.
Love him or hate him, Obama will be re-elected in just a few short months. No one's going to get excited enough over Romney-Ryan to make a difference.

Why doesn't FOP organize a voter registration drive?
With less than a quarter of our members even registered to vote, and I'm sure of that quarter most are too lazy to vote, we truly have no voice.

Don't be so sure. I happen to think Mitt is a tool and what little I know of Ryan is mixed to unfavorable. That has nothing to do with the fact that I, a life long liberal who still has Obama stickers on my car, came to the slow realization starting about 9 months ago that the left in this country has abandoned liberalism for statism and it's enlightened perspective for fascistic tendencies. I want more than anything for Obama to be a one and done president, not because I hate him and his gracious wife for who they are, but rather for what I am convinced our future holds if he is reelected.
I still respect the man, it's not personal. But I would vote for Ross Perot if he were the only other option at this point. Under Obama our economy is being eviscerated and our culture is going insane.
I DO NOT talk about this conversion because of the reactions I've gotten. I finally understand that 'the definition of a racist is anyone who's arguing with a liberal and winning' isn't a joke. I have been physically attacked by acquaintances who have become so mad by my 'ignorance' when I say that the problem with the healthcare market is NOT that the government is not paying my bills, but much more complex.
I think there are a lot of people like me. We don't talk. But we are, by and large, grown ups with jobs. So I think we'll actually turn out to vote rather than just wear the t-shirt.

Come up with something better - there are numerous things that Obama did as President, or even as an adult that would be worthy of true complaints. Picking on a 6 yr old who did what his elders told him to do, is making you look like the idiot. I'm voting for Romney, based on real issues. I suggest you learn them!

Yep! Notice how some multi-disciplinary wellness centers cater to CPD and CFD "athletes". ever wonder why? BCBS pays premium for services and all is required is for a chiro to have an MD on staff to sign off on all work done by low paid PTs and PTA. Those orthotics are paid by BCBS always b/c doesn't take much to claim "medical necessity". Plus, some of these places get you in with great massage promotions, and then rope you in for services not medically necessary, but tweak the codes for BCBS. Wonder why your favorite team doc is throwing you parties? He has made a fortune off the city BCBS and ultimately, our costs will go up. Be smart and be healthy, but stay the "f" away from the too good to be true wellness ceneters that have it all on site. It's health care fraud and a federal crime. Some of you will find yourself surprised when your team doc gets indicted.

Liberal in Europe is an entirely different animal. They are like the American liberal (standing for individual liberty) USED to be.

From 1920-1965 there was a moratorium on immigration ... it took time for the immigrants to become truly American. It worked.

See your unit rep. All unit reps were were sworn in as deputy registrars at the last unit rep meeting regarding the contract negotiations. The FOP did good - very good - by doing this. Now it's just up to those reps to make sure every lazy copper that isn't registered to vote registers and actually votes in November. In the event your particular rep didn't show for the meeting, check with your nearest district or unit and ask for their rep to sign you up. The police union members needs to get their act together and fast. This election will probably be the most important in our lifetimes.

Keep in mind Obama's girlfriend in his book was a 'composite' and not a real girlfriend (maybe his real one was of a blow up style kind.)
So maybe he didn't eat a dog in the exact kind of manner he wrote about.
Oh, and also remember he said he snorted coke for over a year. Maybe that was a 'composite' to. Meth, coke, weed, you know a real party guy.
