CompStat Comes to Iraq

Of all the places in all the world...:
  • Militants killed 164 Iraqis in August, half the number killed in July, as security forces wrestled with a stubborn insurgency, figures from government ministries showed.

According to the data, 90 civilians, 39 soldiers and 35 policemen were killed last month and 260 Iraqis were injured.

In July, 325 Iraqis were killed in waves of attacks across the country, making it the bloodiest month in two years.
Someone should hire these guys - Rahm and McMcCarthy are claiming alternately a decrease in the increase, 10%, or treading water.

Iraqi Law Enforcement has very Progressive anti-recidivist measures. Why it's no higher than 9%. That was by our last figures around 2009.

Why after parole it's like no one ever sees or hears from these guys again. Almost as if they fell off the earth..or something.

We thought it was our detention education programs ..so Progressive the prisoners mothers wanted them to stay in longer to get an education. No, we really thought that and the mothers really lobbied to make the stays longer.

Yep.

Upon reflection...perhaps something else was causing the extremely low recidivism.

Yep and ...Afghan police recruits to be rescreened; US suspends training

The Afghan police are heavily infiltrated with Taliban fighters.

You don't know if your partner is going to be the one blasting your head off today.

We Have POs that Commanded in Iraq and Afghanistan but they dont have Clout here. Proven leaders that got results. They conduct GAFs and HAFs. Some even work in DC. There's a SEAL in 024. A RGR SGT on SWAT. A COL that was number 2 at Army Intel. The Command Staff and Mayor are afraid to unleash these guys. Perhaps they would clean up the city and do it without political influence?

Bagdad on the Lake.

Maybe Chicago can become as safe as Iraq.

Rahm needs only a hundred pounds and a moustache and we have our own Saddam Hussein dictator.
