Can You Top This?

How does Chicago top a weekend that included a few double shootings, a triple and two quadruples?

  • A woman collapsed inside a currency exchange and four others were wounded after a shooting at a busy corner Monday in the South Shore neighborhood.

The shooting at 5:55 p.m. to East 75th Street and South Exchange Avenue — a busy intersection outside a Western Union currency exchange, officials said.

Witnesses said two men approached a group standing on a corner and opened fire.

Five people were hospitalized — four critically, officials said.
Nothing to see here, move along.

Damn,I almost had the winner. All I needed was one westside quintuple and I would've won the pool. I'm upping my numbers for next week and I'm also going to play the "over".

Chalkie is just busting his ass to keep his numbers higher than Streets & San snow towing. What was the final tally? I'd love to see the numbers broken down by neighborhood.

"Shootings up 49% in November" Is that an increase of the increase? or a decrease in the decrease of the increase? or an increase in the probability of the deceased?

Those dangerous currency exchanges should be banned. The only exchange occurring is our tax dollars into criminal hands. A dangerous cocktail.

Ok that's it I quit the job. I'm going to now sell dope, beat the shit out of my wife, pay absolutely no taxes yet fill out a tax return every year. I think I'll start by breaking into my neighbors house and take all thier shit. That dumb mutherfucker goes to work every day. What a dumb-ass. Can't wait for my link card. I'll get about a grand a month. Then I'll get three government cell phones one in my name, one in my 6month old sons name and one in my dead granny name. And then when I get sent to prison and get out, I won't serve much time, this is cook county bitch! I can apply to get more SSI income for being traumatized for my time being imprisoned. Then when the stupid police try to arrest me, I'll call them racist and this is cook county you see, the chances of me getting convicted are slim. When I beat my case ill sue the police and get more free money.

Are we sure this started in the Currency Exchange. Maybe it began in the old folks home on the corner in 004!
