The personal vehicles owned by P.O's who are parking around 61st and Racine and working VRI at night are being broke into.
WTF Robberies/burgluraies & Thefts getting suspended in only one weeks time. WTF are you idiots doing to this city. We are stuck living with these savaged animals and we do nothing to protect ourselves?
OT: Can anyone explain how someone who has worn a blue shirt for so long, being a great guy, can change his shirt to white and suddenly become everything that is wrong with this job? Don't get me wrong, I know a lot of bosses who have always been strokes, but what magic transformation occurs with the change of a shirt color in a lot of guys/gals? Any ideas?
White Feminist Woman at Georgetown University working in the admissions department openly admitted that she REJECTED white men's applications simply because they were WHITE MEN.
Brief: A female advisor in the admissions department at Georgetown University has been caught openly admitting that she committed the CRIME of discrimination based on people's race and gender in the application process.
This has the potential to create a large scale lawsuit against Georgetown University, and with the momentum building at the rate it is building, seems very likely that will be the outcome.

The P.O.'s blocking off the parking lot enterance to the Racine side caught some fool yesterday at 6pm in broad daylight.

Colombian Gangs Force Children to Pay to Attend School

Colombian street gangs have taken to extorting school children for the right to attend school, highlighting the increasingly widespread nature of the crime and its impact on daily life in the country.
Criminal gangs in the Medellin neighborhood of El Limonar are demanding 25-50 cents from children in order to attend one of the five schools in the southwest of the city, reported El Colombiano. With approximately 8,000 students in the area, the practice is estimated to earn the gangs up to $4,000 a day.
The story is similar in the north-western department of Cordoba, where gangs linked to neo-paramilitary cartel the Urabeños reportedly charge a $1.00 fee at school entrances. If the student is unable to pay for that day or week, a running tab is kept and at the end of the month the student must then pay $20.00 plus interest of $2.50, according to one mother in the area.
Is it just me, or am I seeing an ever-increasing number of "cognitive problems" in the same parts of the city from which everything else problematic seems to stem...

For the record, I'm not a cop. I honestly don't know if a cop could draw Police Limit and keep his job.
It wasn't so long ago that an Officer was killed in the same lot. Watch your backs and don't allow the PO's watching the lot be lazy, they have the most important job of the tour.

The mental health client population in the Chicagoland areas will explode over the next two years as the State of Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) dumps over four thousand mental patients.
The "Williams Consent Decree", will allow approx. 4,500 people with severe mental illnesses in Illinois to transition to residential living with minimal supervision in communities and out of state funded nursing homes by the year 2015.
The 'transition' quietly began some time ago.
Clinics in Lakeview, the South Side, Tinley Park and McHenry County are now closed.

Someone (the Department) likely failed to steer him in the right direction. It is not the easiest of transformations to make and for some, a little guidance goes a long way. Hopefully you have a senior sergeant or two on that watch that can assist without seeming to step on toes of the ppo sergeant. Give him a little time to adjust and perhaps a kind word or two to one of the aforementioned sergeants you trust can't hurt.

It is like "Night of the living dead" !!! Have observed these poor Zobies walking the streets in our hoods in the west end of 016 and 008 for over a year now.
It appears, after midnight they all appear to walk aimlessly on the streets and alley's.
Seen one last week during the big rain around Foster and Oak Park eating a big turkey leg bone from a super cart in the alley. Really scary. This one was shirtless and had swiming trunks on with snow boots.
Keep you gates secured. I now watch my dogs in the yard at all times.

Unlike the state of Illinois which extorts thousands from it's residents. Hell we need some cartel running our schools, at their less corrupt than the appointed superintendents and the politicians here.

The whole crazy family is coming here now, mother is a genuine push-push-push case, all bug-eyed, my boy was framed, they undoubtedly smell some sort of potential payout...
...and in the meantime they can all sleep in a pile on the floor...
...as half of them slip quietly away into no-visa-land...

This will only happen when the kids and their families actually start caring and wanting to go to school. so, seems like it isn't going to happen here any time soon. Oh, unless they are standing there at a bond hearing and the PD is telling the judge that their client plans to enroll next week at Olive Harvey for their GED.
